Hello to everyone!
I have just regisetered with this forum.
I have benn experiencing an annoying problem with my bathmate. It keeps loosing the pressure.
I have changed the valve cap but the problem is still there.
A couple of months ago I had the same issue. I thougth that the problem was the internal "O-ring" for it seemed to sit not properly. But then I compared it with another bathmate and I found out that it looked the same.
It is really a nuisance.
Has someone experienced the same problem?
Any tips to solve this problem?

Don't judge the forum because it takes a day or 2 to get a response. A large number of our experienced users are in the U.S. and this is a big holiday weekend for us. I have no experience with the Bathmate so not able to help.

Hopefully someone will respond, but I'm not sure many here use the bathmate...

I do have a Bathmate, but I've never had that problem with it.

You may not get a reply unless someone has had the pressure drop and knows how to fix it.

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer?
