SoI thought I plough my way trough and got some control over the pain I have been suffering from, and I'm not. It's back. In Berlin now, its supposed to be a vacancy but I'm in constant pain. This makes almost impossible thinking about it as a moment to chill out and relax. Neuropathic pain has really got me into depression and despite some improvements I got to make, it looks like i cant get rid of it. This, it appears to be the only reason that keeps me away form an implant. I spoke about it with Eid, he was great but maybe I wasn't able to make him understand how much this is limiting my life. Probably the same amount as having a not usable penis. It's kind of insane. Every day is unpredictable and that has driven me crazy.

It's far easier working than having fun. Actually I stopped having fun many years ago.

And once, I was on vacation in Turkey and seen many mediterranean turkish ladies there and I was mad, because this stupid condition robbed my young life. I have a resources like many here in forum, but I don't feel my masculinity anymore. How long have you been dealing with the pain?  My case was pretty bad painwise for the first 6 months, and then developed chronic prostatitis on top of it.   I was at my wits end with it.  The pain has gotten alot better after doing pelvic floor stretches and updating my diet. Not sure it will help in your case, but I thought the same way as you until the pain finally started to get better.
