I ordered the Restorex device and I have a few questions.

1. How much further beyond the corona of the glans towards the body do I wrap with the coban bandage?

2. How many layers (wraps) of coban bandage do you recommend?

3. Regarding the nearest side of the clamping mechanism, how much beyond the glans do I clamp towards the body? Or does the nearest edge of the clamp align with the corona of the glans?

4. Being that I'm uncircumcised, I am very sensitive. Do you have any tips to avoid erection while applying the device?

5. I was able to use it for the first time yesterday for ten minutes. Today the glans of my penis has a tingly nerve feeling kind of like when a person's legs falls asleep. What do you recommend to recover? How do I avoid this in the future?[

The looser you fixate your head the less blood circulation or pinched of nerves problems you will have.
The more you stretch the tighter the glans wrap has to be though..

A key to extending is to find that sweet spot where you exert enough stretch and time onto the penis to have a good change in the tissue without hurting the glans or having blood circulation problems.

Too much intensity or time or too tightly wrapped and you get problems..
It's an experience thing and why you should start with very low intensity and time until you figured it out.
Don't force anything to a certain amount of minutes. Just open it up if you feel problems, tingling, discoloration etc. Then you can massage it and if everything feels ok do another 'set' and so on.
Can be very frustrating starting out..

1. How much further beyond the corona of the glans towards the body do I wrap with the coban bandage?
- I only wrap it around my head since when I get the stretch going I believe wrapping past my head restricts the rest of my skin to stretch.

2. How many layers (wraps) of coban bandage do you recommend?
- So I go for maybe 2 wraps. I do have an alternate method though. I use the self adhesive wrap for maybe 2 layers, after which I wrap 1 layer of gauze, and then I go for 2 layers of the self adhesive wrap again. I've seen this really keeps the pressure of clamping off my head.

3. Regarding the nearest side of the clamping mechanism, how much beyond the glans do I clamp towards the body? Or does the nearest edge of the clamp align with the corona of the glans?
- DO NOT CLAMP BEYOND THE GLANS. They specifically mention this in the guide. I clamp it near the corona of the glans.

4. Being that I'm uncircumcised, I am very sensitive. Do you have any tips to avoid erection while applying the device?
- I just watch some lectures or some podcasts to keep myself from getting hard. Nothing even remotely suggestive haha.

- Perhaps you clamped too tightly? it should go away soon hopefully. I give myself a day off if I ever feel discomfort. You can always ramp up your treatment later but if you injure yourself again, that stays for life. To avoid it in the future, maybe try my technique of wrapping so you feel less pressure when clamped.

Let me know if this helps/how it turns out for you

Hi,

I'm about to get my RestoreX tomorrow, i recently started to re-introduce manual traction with success. I found that starting slow to see what hurts and what doesn't. I believe that getting my diet in check really helped avoid inflammation. Been doing low-carb for a couple of weeks now and exercising.

For me, i knew it was too early when i felt 'tingling' in the scar area itself. It also hurt and there was inflammation. This time there is the slightest of discomfort and no inflammation in the hours following the stretch. Your tingling sounds different though.

Can't give you any tips on RestoreX but am super interested in the advice in this thread. Have you watched this video:

so for this I meant that the clamp should basically never clamp your shaft. Only the head of the penis should be clamped.

Gotcha. Thanks. I definitely only clamp the glans without the shaft involved. I make sure my foreskin is pulled down out of the clamp as well because otherwise it pulls on the the skin. I feel like the device should solely focus on pulling the shaft and stretching the plaque.
