HeyThereYou

Hey guys,

I'm only 21.

This is my long winded history post.. https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,13685.0.html

As you can see i have had these symptoms for 7 years which was kind of stabilised but thinning of the penis/pain has all worsened slightly in the last month or so, also bend is  a bit more prominent but only when flacid or semi hard and not so much when erect.. honestly cant even say 100% there is any difference and it could be mind games as i can't pin point any exact traumatic event but i have been masturbating more the last few months since lockdown/been more stressed etc so maybe that has worsened things. As you can see i went to a urologist 7 years ago and went to one back in january this year and was told definitely not Peyronies.. I have been thinking maybe it is Pelvic floor dysfunction..

In certain light i've noticed this like cord like looking thing which is not really 'felt', its not solid or anything, and it COULD have been there for years i've just been looking for things more recently thus discovering it, it thinly wraps around some of the circumference close to the base (this is also an area where there is more pain/discomfort, especially when pressing around the area.) my bend is kind of to the left, it's less prominent when erect and more prominent when semi erect/flacid. (attached vid)
Could this be Sclerosing lymphangitis (Look it up online, looks similar)..

This is absolutely devastating for me but i would like opinions from people who have this/seen this AND have been diagnosed by a professional, please don't make any speculations and add to my worries, i have been super hesitant to post this just for the reason that people will make all kinds of judgements on these forums and not all can be trusted.. I really don't want to add to this depression and anxiety.
At the moment i have no bend that effects intercourse at all, main thing i'm worried about is if it thins anymore.
I am trying my best to go to a specialist but with covid in the uk it's practically impossible at the moment. And i really don't think medication will be an option for me so i need alternatives..

I just don't know what to do. I need to do something safe in the meantime of getting a PROPER diagnosis by a professional when i am able to, i just need a safe thing to do that will not make anything worse in the meantime of finding out if i have it or not.
I have been considering traction but then have heard people say it can make it worse so i didn't want to do something when i'm not 100% sure it's peyronies..

I just want to stop anymore 'potential' thinning! what safe things can i do for this?

https://imgur.com/UTKfov1  just a clip of the cord thing, this is when semi erect (EXPLICIT CONTENT)

Thanks guys :(

it's crazy man, if i am honest though i don't know if this has been there for 7 years this new vein looking thing, i don't really know, i have never really looked for it, only in the last few months so i cant say for 100%, can you feel yours? is it hard to touch? Mine you cannot feel..

Yes if you look up Sclerosing lymphangitis it does look like that and that is apparently from damage through sex etc.. but i don't know where thinning would come from??

I cna feel it for sure, I do have some deformity as well though, for there to be thinning and curvature there has to be something constricting and I'm not sure how a vein could cause that. I'm very frustrated with the urologists I have seen so far, I feel like there is a massive problem when it comes to male sexual medicine and nobody really gives a crap. One said I don't think you have peyronies bc of your age. This guy was a recommended peyronies specialist and surgeon. F^@$!ng idiot.

So yeah no clue what this ring structure is

hmmmm it's strange that i cant feel mine.. Man if a peyronies specialist has told you it's not it then maybe its really not?

HeyThereYou

Man i know the feeling, It could very well be a vein and the actual problem with it thinning etc could be just pelvic floor dysfunction which is stopping blood flow (A lot of people say they have the penis pulled more to the left with that

How could pelvic floor possible cause a reduction of penile width and girth? It can't. I'm pretty sure it's peyronies but yeah.

Yours may very well be normal. I have lost half an inch of girth in that area, it's like a rubber band that tightens up once I get erected leaving a rather deep indentation just where that tissue is. There is curvature, no way a vein can do this. I have constant pain in that area as well

Pelvic floor dysfunction can cause penis to curve?  I have pelvic floor dysfunction...but I also have swelling and rubbery nodule on left side but it bends to the right side.  Peyronie's usually bends to the side the swelling and nodule is on, mine bends to the opposite side.

I am so depressed and anxious about this.  I can't even get it up because of my anxiety and depression over this and don't want to overstimulate to check it, trying to rest it.

I have an ultrasound end of July.  Hope they find something else like lymphocele or hematoma.

This has to be one of the most horrible conditions to go through.  I am single too.  If I have it, maybe I will just become a monk.

Just found yr post. I found small lump 3 months ago and then discovered a band around circumference of base. As you said, it tightens when erect. WTAF is this? Do you have any more news or info? I am having a scan next week.
