Hello,



I am wondering if you think this drug would have any efficacy in the treatment of peyronie's disease. Particularly against reversing calcified plaques.



Obviously I realize you may not be able to answer this question specifically, but wondering more in general as to its uses as a general anti-fibrotic rather than being specifically tailored to IPF.



Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We have had many discussions internally about MRG-229 for Peyronie's Disease and recognize the need for new therapies for this devastating disease. We are still a bit away from clinical trials but will continue to have discussions internally. I'm happy to keep you updated on progress here. We still need to do tox studies and more manufacturing.
