The safest lubricant to use on penis

What is the safest type of lube to use when masturbating/having sex?

I’ve been researching and coconut oil seems the best, but I hear coconut oil can reduce DHT.. not sure if this would have a negative impact on the Penis if left on there? (I May masturbste and then not wash it off for another hour or so maybe..)

Also, the condoms I use have silicon based dimethicone, is that also okay to use?

Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

can vaseline be used as lube for penis pump?
