I created this thread about using VED a few days ago: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,13711.msg123679.html#msg123679
Yesterday I was with my girlfriend. We were about to have sex. I didn't notice any discomfort. She gave me oral, where I didn't feel any pain at all.
Then I put it in very slowly and suddenly notice a sharp pain in the area where my plaque is. I decided to not have sex by penetration, because it hurts so much.
I've never had a sharp pain like this before, and it's still there today.
I don't notice it unless I touch it or move in a way that touches the penis, but when it's there it's qute sharp.

I've had Peyronies Disease for almost a year now, and the pain has at most been a big discomfort. I don't have any bending really, just a big dent on the top left side of my penis right below the glans.

The last time I used the VED was three days ago, where I had trouble engorging fully. I think maybe I reached 10% of an erection before stopping. I did try pumping like 6 times at one point to see if it helped anything, but I didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all nor after the session. Then I gave up and stopped for the day. So it would surprise me if the VED is the reason.

I also started taking finasteride 3 days ago, but I don't know if that can have an impact.

Bro,

Why are you taking finasteride? That's what gave me Peyronie's. I'm no doctor but it might be the pulling of the vacuum device against the scar.

But also, finasteride lowers your DHT and Testosterone. These are extremely important and potent hormones that allow your penis to stretch, grow, and heal. If you take finasteride it'll actually help the fibrotic process. It'll also cause Erectile Dysfunction.

I highly advise not to take that evil drug and focus on your Peyronie's recovery.

EDIT:
Also did your doctor know about your Peyronie's and STILL prescribed finasteride?? Get a new, more competent, doctor ASAP.
Talk to an endocrinologist. Get your hormones checked Testosterone, DHT, Estrogen, Cortisol, and all the standard stuff.
