Is fibrosis always bad?

I've been diagnosed with Peyronies Disease last year in June when I was 21. One year passed and I have no more pain, sometimes I feel discomfort. I've got an indentation.

I've got a lot of fibrosis since last year, really a lot on both sides of the penis. I have the indentation on the left side of my penis but more fibrosis on the right side half of the penis through the glans.

Erections are okay, I am still taking Cialis 5mg per day.

Will the fibrosis effect me in the future?  Right now I just feel like it shortened my penis a little bit and circumference went down maybe by 1/3 of an inch.
Is fibrosis ultimately always bad? Ive heard that every male develops a little fibrosis over his lifetime. Since there is no way to reverse fibrosis I'd like to know what I should expect. I'm doing VED 3-4 times a week and right now I'm doing shockwave therapy but I will make a topic about it on some other day when im finished.

Thank you guys. This forum helped me much since last year but I avoided it many many months since overthinking wasn't good for me. Right now I feel more clear mind setted.

22 years old, peyronies since may/june 2019, huge indentation left, lost length and girth.
Currently taking L-arginin 1g and cialis 5mg per day, and VED every second day

Yes, I did many ultrasounds since June 2019. Fibrosis increased as seen in the ultrasounds which I did every 3 months. No calcification. I can also feel it touch it very clearly
