Hi,

I recently got symptoms following what must have been rough masturbation and first noticed an hourglass deformity when flaccid and a noticeable weakening of the penis and narrowing, as well as a slight lengthening when flaccid. I was very afraid and booked an app with a uroligist. There was pain for around a week also. I stopped running for a week and my symtoms improved and pain subsided. I was told by my uroligist that I was injured and I should give it 6 weeks to heal and unless a bend appeared it should be ok. I still see slight hourglassing and after my first run in 2 weeks last night, the penis seems to have weakened again, and the pelvic area has a slight pain again.

What do you think I should do here over the next month? Should I avoid running altoghether when healing? It may be peyronies, I am not sure yet.

Thanks

I don't think running would create any further issues. Just monitor your progress and hopefully was just a one time incident.
