Hey All,

Some of you may think that i'm freaking out, but i assure you that I know my penis. After only battling this disease for 3 months i have lost entirely the ability to get an erection. I feel hard plaques all over the top of my penis. It feels stiff and has no sensation.

I am afraid of taking pills like Cialis, because it recently gave me a case of priapism which may have pushed me over the edge. The lower left side of my penis hurt a lot. This is because i believe i have some sort of vascular issue, which i'm trying for my doctors to diagnose.

I believe my case is somewhat special and want to salvage the most length of my penis. Basically i was taking finasteride, which i believe significantly shrunk my penis. I know because i measured my penis when on finasteride and after i quit.

The month in which I quit finasteride my penis dramatically regained its size. I'd say at least an inch - at least had the best sex of my life that day.
But when getting a really hard erection i felt pain in the middle of my penis. I believe the penis had regrown or been previously filled with less expansive tissue. Particularly in the dorsal side. But also on the bases of my penis.

I believe my penis was so brittle that even doing kickboxing damaged it at different places.

I also believe that the growing penis restricted my veins and caused me to be more vulnerable to priapism. Part of the treatment for Peyronie's is cialis, but i believe it just further damaged my penis my causing stuttering priapism - which i hadn't noticed for nearly 2 months.

So I cannot get any erections now. I've come to accept my case, it was my fault for taking finasteride.

Ok so i think for the coming weeks and months i will start to develop more and more fibrosis over all the brittle areas. I will not qualify, nor do i want to take Xiaflex/Verapamil injections.

I want to get the implant ASAP to keep as much of the elastic tissue as i can. I also don't want to use a VED because i'm afraid to further jeopardize my vascular system.

Long story short, i want to start making arrangements to get a penile implant. I have Anthem Bluecross PPO insurance.

My next Urologist appointment is in 3 weeks. What type of tests should I ask for? Again I know my penis. In my last ultrasound only a small scar will see. But i suspect more will be seeing this time around.

The only thing I pray for is this isn't any sort of cancer, i have a strong inclination that it was all finasteride related. But the quickness in which it's progressing is alarming.

I am very interested in Dr. Andrew Kramer - i've been watching a lot of his operations.

Please let me know any thoughts about Dr. Kramer and my insurance and what's the best to both preserve as much length before being able to get the operation and getting my insurance to pay for it.

Thanks.

Luis,

So sorry for what you are going through. Yes it is scary. I am glad you have an appointment with a urologist. Dud you check to see if the urologist you are going to, does implants and how many? Picking a good urologist is the single most important thing you can do.
You didn't mention your age?
When you have selected a great urologist, he will do various tests to show any damage, the tests are fairly simple. You had mentioned they did an ultrasound, so they may do another similar test. They could do some blood tests too.
Are you circumcised? I have read that Cancer of the penis is fairly rare and is usually more of skin related to the exterior of the penis.
First you have to find if your insurance covers implants, most do. But then you need to find out if Dr. Kramer honors your insurance, if you would go to him.
Not sure where you live, but there are fine urologists that specialize in implants throughout the country. YOu can check this site for recommended surgeons.
I know it's not easy, but try to stay calm. .....and remember to pick the best urologist you can find. An excellent urologist will bring you a good outcome.

From what I understand from previous threads he has fairly minimal curvature and has not tried cialis for ED yet.

If he had total erectile dysfunction that was beyond remedy and could not penetrate, o.k. implant away.

I have said the same overwrought stuff as him and you tell me to learn how to live with the curve. I don't get it.

Not trying to make thread about me. Trying to make a point. So please answer for him and continue his thread.

Stepone,

I have a followup with my regular urologist, he is not doing my penile implant however. But i want to get as much information for the doctor that will eventually do my surgery. I have contacted Dr. Kramer's office to schedule a video/phone call to review. They've asked for my medical records so I want to get everything ready from my primary urologist. What kind of blood test would they do?

I want to go with either Dr. Kramer or Dr. Eid for best results. I believe i have 'severe' Peyronie's.

While things were healing ok, i had a curve i could live with. However i tried to do some traction and that caused a lot of pain and further deformities. Now I am completely unable to have an erection. I have tried nightly Cialis with no luck. I can try higher doses to see if it helps. Sounds like i should ask my primary urologist about that.

Because traction caused so much damage i am hesitant to try VED. Others have told me to wait for inflammation to go away so i'll be waiting for that but have not been able to get an erection since the traction incident.

I am not circumcised, nor do i have lesions. I'm hoping i don't have any sort of malignant growth inside the shaft of the penis. I realize this is rare so i really hope that's not it.

Dr. Kramer's receptionist said they do support my insurance. My insurance should pay for the implant given that i have Peyronie's diagnosis with ED from my doctor.

I will continue to wait to heal and see if i can get an erection, but I know my penis and this is a complete feeling of inability to get blood to through the curves/scar tissue of the penis. I have a hard left curve and a harve updward curve after the traction. I cannot get an erection to check the new degrees when fully erect. I will be posting some pictures as soon as i can.

I will contact Dr. Eid but it seems you have to pay $250 for a consultation. Perhaps i should wait to get all my records in place before talking to him.

My main question is:

Can i get surgery if i'm still in the acute stage? It's only been a few months but with rapid progression and ED. Ideally i'd want to get the operation before the curves worsen and i'd have to get grafting and more complex surgery. If an implant can correct the current curve and stop the rapid progression that'd be ideal.

I am calm, but my wife is not entirely helpful in accepting my situation. She's saying that my erections will come back and my penis will heal, but i think we all know the progression of this disease.

I have attached some pictures but that's really the best i can do at this time.

Thanks for the emotional support everyone.

Luis,

I am not a doctor, but I have Peyronies Disease and had an implant.
You are absolutely right, we cannot change the past.
But things are changing so rapidly in the medical field, either Dr. Eid or Dr. Kramer will have to answer your question about having surgery during what you called the acute phase.
WITH ME -Two urologists told me there was nothing they could do, the third one told me I had to wait about 6 months from the onset of the disease. The 4th urologist told me he could perform the surgery within 10 days. To be honest with you, I don't think there is a one answer fits all.
But to answer your question, I would think sooner than later, particularly since your penis is not working.
It's hard for others to understand what we are going through. Only you know your penis! Be thankful that your wife is concerned and tell her you love her and you will work through this together.
Nothing works better than a real penis, but if you need an implant, I am sure both of you will be happy. A benefit about my implant is that I am thicker now then I ever have been. My spouse loves it as do I.
Yes, thanks for the pics, if you check out other people on this website carefully, you will see that your penis is not too bad in comparison. But the biggest concern is that you cannot get or retain an erection. This is what your urologist can help you figure this out.
I think you are making a wise decision to get all your information before you talk with Dr. Eid. I think this way, Dr. Eid can give you all the options.
When I visited an implant surgeon in Raleigh NC. I had already done all the previous tests. The surgeon examined my penis and told me what he could do. He told me to think about it and let his secretary know. I had the surgery the next week, as another client had backed out.
I have never regretted my decision.
StepOne.
I hope this helps.

Thanks Stepone,

I have a lot of questions, specially about size. Yes my penis doesn't work but i'm also in the acute phase of Peyronies. Had a quick consultation with Dr. Kramer's assistant. They said i can get the implant as soon as i want.

The insurance does cover it, but they require that i have ED for over a year. That'll cause a lot of length loss.

My question now is what's the best way to maintain the size i have now? If i try to use the VED i will undoubtedtly cause more scarring. But not being able to get erections will cause further atrophy and hypoxia and length loss.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Luis,
I would say that you should have your doctor contact the insurance company and explain the situation. Rules are meant to be appealed. You may have to have additional information sent to the insurance company to explain why waiting will not cause a change in your condition for the positive, but actually waiting will cause a decrease in length and size. These are my thoughts. Hope this helps, don't wait, fight it.

I would ask Dr Kramer office if he will assist w the appeal which will be your best chance to appeal.  Meanwhile traction and VED will help you maintain length (the implant will address girth.)

Thanks Tony,

Do you think I should do VED and traction even though pulling my penis causes pain and tingling. I'm extremely scared.
Finasteride seems to have completely wrecked my penis, primarily my vascular system: https://www.pfsfoundation.org/news/penile-vascular-abnormalities-found-in-majority-of-pfs-patients-in-baylor-college-of-medicine-study/

My urologist, who hasn't done an ultrasound yet recommended that i simply not touch it anymore and let it heal. But i'm pretty sure i'm past the point of no return.

I will call Dr. Kramer and ask to submit a request/appeal but am ready to pay out of pocket.

If you felt tingling during traction then you messed with your nerves which then decreases ability to get erect. That can take a long time. Surely mention that to the doc. who should think longer than a second about it(operation hardly can restore nerves). if it is that..

I didn't feel tingling at the point of the grip. I felt tingling where I expect the scar to be which is where my penis curves to the top. I felt the tingling for a good three days and still feeling it. Taking these pictures I stretched it and it hurts more. Trying to leave it alone but this feels extremely weird like hopoxia and rapid scar formation.

Again, only you know your penis!
But it sounds like you have worn it out with stretching, etc.
Be sure you are getting the right nutrients so that your penis can heal. And don't forget drinking enough water every day, this is very important!
I am glad you are getting hard.
So still see your urologist so he can see what's going on.
When you get an erection, are you able to maintain it?
Also, what's your age?
Put your information in your signature, as this is helpful for people to understand the situation a little better.

You're freaking too much. Do what's needed to ensure a relaxed, easy and healthy flow of blood into the penis. Then target the fibrosis or scars or wrong tissue in the smartest possible and educated way.
WHILE being healthy. Which means healthy air, food and stress levels. Which means healthy blood into the penis.

Thanks guys,

What i think i'm feeling are a bunch of 'paper cuts' inside of my penis. Caused my overzealous traction on top of vulnerable tissue. I have not let it heal due to me freaking out and not knowing what it is or what to do.

I was able to get an erection yesterday, but wasn't able to maintain it for very long. Today i haven't gotten an erection, but I'm in too much pain to really try.

I'm taking some NSAID and Pentoxyfilline along with Vitamin E.

This tingling and pain has been happening for about a week since the traction incident. My hope is that these wounds heal good and don't produce scar tissue.

Question, should i continue to take the 5m cialis to achieve night time erections and help with bloodflow? I'm afraid that getting erections will make things worse. But can't be any worse than the damage i've caused already.

I'm going to drink plenty of water. I am 34 years old.

Thanks.

Yeah my appointment is 3 weeks from now. I am unable to achieve an erection even watching porn and light stimulation. I'm not going rough though because there is still pain. I took a cialis last night and it did give me an erection. It wasn't very full, certainly not as full as it was pre-injury or even a few days ago pre traction incident.

It might still be enough for penetrative sex. For the next few weeks i will continue to take cialis, letting it rest, and will ask my urologist about trying to use Viagra in a couple of weeks to see if i can have a full erection.

My main concern is that the longer i don't get hard erections or use my penis it will continue to shrink. I feel that the sooner i get the operation the less scar tissue i'll get, the less the curve, and the less the loss of length will be.

As you can see from the ruler, currently i'm about 7 inches. Used to be around 7'2 inches before. I'd be happy to be 6'8 if i can salvage my penis now.

My wife really doesn't want me to get the implant, specially so hastily. Wants me to give it time, but will support me if i do decide to do it.

In a couple of weeks, after my follow up with my Uro, i will introduce VED to try to maintain my size as best i can.

Thanks everyone.

Luis,

I think you are fortunate that you and your wife can discuss this and that you have a spouse. It would be tough to handle this alone.
Here is a question, maybe its fine, but have you had your testosterone checked, and I mean free testosterone. One of the reasons I was not getting erections was that my testosterone levels dropped. They were on the low end of normal, but as my urologist told me, what's normal for one male is not normal for another male. He put me on testosterone shots and bam, my erections started back up. Now I still had problems maintaining erections, but I was still able to get them fairly easily. I also had a friend that was only 29 and his testosterone fell and hence his erections started. It's not common, but stuff happens. I say, explore every avenue.

I am so sorry that you are going through this at your age. I used some lengthening equipment for my penis when it was shrinking and I am not so sure that it doesn't cause damages when not done correctly. The best thing I have seen that seemed to help me was a guy demonstrating pulling on the penis when it is warmed up and heavy duty massages of the penile shaft. I think it's called Jelqing, but everything I read says that scientifically, it's a waste of time. But it felt good, LOL.

I think I would just wait if I were you. I don't think 3 weeks will shrink you up that much. Gosh I went 3 months without an erection and didn't lose that much. I think I would be careful not to do any more damage, stay away from the porn for now and concentrate on the Mrs for now. I think that's the safest way to do things until you chat with your doctor.

I take lists of questions when I go to a doctor now, so I don't miss anything.

Good luck my friend.

Stepone,

Thanks! Yeah i got my Testosterone checked about 2 months ago and my free T was: 76.8 pg/mL and my total T was: 517 ng/dL.
Not bad, but in the range of a male in their 50s.

I did take the test about a month after i stopped finasteride (took it for 2 years). While on finasteride i had noticed very poor erections, slight gyno, and very emotional (amazing hair tho!)

I asked my endo about ordering a re-test a couple of days ago, but he didn't want to. I can probably pester him a little bit more about it.

Just today i was able to get a full erection, at least an erection that looks like the erect picture above. Still slight curve to the left and upward but strong, i'm ecstatic.

Been drinking a lot of water, improving my diet, and taking my regiment of pentox, vitamin-e, l-citruline, and cialis. It might also have been that i had stopped daily cialis for a couple of days that hurt my erections. Or my body just healing.

It could also be my T, because of the finasteride. The cialis seems to have helped tremendously. It was not easy to achieve the erection but it does seem that i have time to explore all options as long as i'm getting good erections. Also the pain/tingling that i was feeling before is mostly gone.

I just apologized to the wife, going to concentrate on our relationship, the kids, work etc and give my penis time to heal. In the future i will probably introduce VED after my urologist looks at me and approves it.

Definitely won't be doing Jelquin (ever, i think this caused damage before) or traction for a long time, as melting said i need to let my dick heal and then *smartly* try to correct the scars. I really appreciate the knowledge and advice.

Thanks friend, you're all very inspirational and i respect the journey and knowledge you've been through.

Thanks!

In a way you need great blood flow but surely not painful long lasting erections. There's a smart way inbetween. You can always cut back the cialis a little bit or do more but lot smaller doses to avoid peaks.

Thanks,

Indeed proper dosage of PDE5 inhibitor is important for me. Last night i took a 5mg dosage and had persistent erections that i had to get up every hour to make sure they would go down. I have Sudafed ready just in case.

I need to experiment with either 5mg every other day or daily 2.5mg. Will start with 2.5mg every day (cut pill in half)

Stepone,

Yeah i will compile a list of questions to ask my Urologist, but at this point i'm extremely weary of doctors tbh. After all a doctor prescribed me finasteride. But even then, i much prefer to follow their advice after asking questions.

Melting,

I think your topical therapy is extremely interesting. I've only recently started to think about adding topical therapy but of course penetration of the substance is a challenge. Will continue to do research on that.

Hey so I'm re-posting this from my thread in FT. I'm still pursuing the implant route. My ED has only gotten worse and i want to live my life again some day in the near future. These days i'm dedicated to traction, VED, working, and spending time with my kids.

To be honest i was planning to get a divorce and enjoy life a bit when F^@$!ng Peyronie's hit me. I still have some hope that i won't need an implant and can get by with injections but honestly i want to re-gain my girth and just move on with life.

------------------------

So got a bit of an update. Today i had my in-person follow-up with Dr. Eid.

He felt around my penis and felt scar tissue on the bottom of the penis.

He injected me with Caverject and did an ultrasound.

First he measured my stretched flacid penile length. Was at 19-20cm he said. He said i would need a "custom" implant either 24cm or 26cm.

He then proceeded to inject me. It felt like a small sting and not very painful.

Then he used the ultrasound machine to measure the bloodflow in as my penis reacted to the injection. He said i had good bloodflow and that i should get a nice erection.

He then walked out of the room.

After a few minutes i got about a 95% erection. I told him that even though Cialis fails once in a while, when it works i get a better erection.

He then proceeded to use the ultrasound to look for a leak.
He then measured me with this erection at 18cm. He measured my girth at the narrowest point at 13cm.

He told me it didn't look like i had a venous leak, but i did have somewhat poor bloodflow in one side. But he didn't seem to worried about it. He was surprised that Cialis fails sometimes and thinks I do not need an implant at this time. He wants to give my body more time to heal.

Then he had me go for a walk. The erection only got stronger and more painful during the walk. I also ate a delicious Gyro in my walk.

I got back and was taken to a room. While i waited i remeasured with the ruler they have there at 19cm. I was really really hard.

When he walked in I showed him my measurement and he agreed. I told him to update his chart :p He said that's only important if i get an implant, which he doesn't think i need.

He also said he needed to drain me. So he injected me again and drained some blood from my penis. This needle was way more painful and uncomfortable.

He basically prescribed me with injections, 0.5, don't know much about injections. Told me to call if my erection got rock hard again.

Got to hotel and erection returned. Rock hard. It was painful. My penis hurt a lot from both injections.

I just did some pushups and ejaculated and that made it go away eventually. The pain also subsided once the erection went down.

I'm excited to try out injections, i really liked the erection i got with it and I'm sick of the Cialis side effects. I was taking 10mg daily Cialis which Eid said i was overdosing. Will probably cut back to 5mg. We'll see how things go.

I'll probably have a lot of questions about injecting. And I'm also excited by the girth gains it can provide. Also grateful that i don't have a VL so I have hope my body will eventually heal or that i can ride Cialis + Injections and maybe with a miracle eventually heal.

Hang in there bro. I also was in androgen deficiency for a while while taking finasteride. Things can and will get better. I also have Erectile Dysfunction and it is the worse. I do at least have the option of getting an implant from good doctors. I hope that you find a way to get good care.

So, first i started with RestoreX 60-90 min a day. Then i moved to RestoreX + Totalman vacuum traction. So, i did RestoreX (60-90min a day) + vacuum traction w/ rod extender (4-6hrs a day.)

Then i added a vacuum hanger @ 5lbs. So, I did RestoreX (60-90min a day) + vacuum hanging (1hr) + rod extender (4-6hrs a day) + leg strap when going to sleep.

So, i would wear the leg strap for a few hours after going to sleep. I would set my alarm about 5 hrs before waking up to take my daily Cialis and take off the leg strap. This is to promote nightly erections.

Now, I do 6lbs vacuum hanging w/ lghanger for 2 sessions. 1 - 1 1/2 hrs per session + 4-6hrs rod extender + leg strap.
Also, now i do DMSO + PABA 2x/day 30min per DMSO session.

It took me about 8 months to gain a little bit under an inch with absolute dedication.

Try to setup traction where you can work/study while you do traciton.

The only thing i regret is not doing VED early on. Now i do 1hr / day of VED with my DP-4000. Hopefully i can regain some of my girth but i'm not holding my breath.

I have erectile dysfunction, but i'm hoping to get an implant and just move on with my life. That's why i'm doing so much traction.

Best of luck.

Luis,

You mention erections but don't mention what drug you are injecting or any details about if you get it from a local pharmacy or how often you are injecting.  Those details are important.

It is crucial that you make precise measurements in girth and length periodically and immediately notice ANY indication of scaring if it happens.

Hawk,

So, i was prescribed 5mcg/ml of PGE1 (Alprostradil.) I asked the Dr. if it was safe to use with Peyronie's and he said yes. That it was the other ingredients in Trimix that cause scarring.

Caverject and Edex were way too expensive. After some research and help i was able to figure out that i can use a compounding pharmacy to get a mono-mix of alprostradil. Dr. Eid had mentioned this in his clinic but it was unclear to me at the time.

I live in California. My pharmacy is empower pharmacy in Texas: https://www.empowerpharmacy.com/drugs/prostaglandin-e1-alprostadil-injection

The cost per vial is $75, pluas $10 for shipping. I will be receiving my first package in a couple of days, but was given instructions over the phone.

I will post pics and more when i inject. I measure my penis just about every day, will certainly keep an eye out for changes. However, my plan is to use DMSO, Traction, and VED to keep scarring at bay. Along with rotating the injection site.

Thanks.

I would not be afraid to inject Alprostradil as long as I took proper precautions and measured at least once a week.

Do NOT use a VED for AT LEAST 24 hours after injecting.  It can draw blood out of the needle wound and into the tissue.  Whole blood in tissue cause scaring.  That is not only true with Peyronies Disease but it causes adhesions from surgery. Also, it is a must that you are diligent about applying direct pressure over the injection site for at least 3 minutes, also to prevent bleeding into the tissue.  Stay away from all blood thinners like Aspirin and other NSAIDS.

Ok,

So i started my injection therapy. I had to first reconstitute the medication by mixing the water vial into the powder vial. The trickiest part was pulling the plunger before sucking out the liquids. Took me a couple of tries to get right.

I'm posting some pictures here. A few notes:

1) my penis seems a bit shorter with an injection than with a regular or cialis erection. I believe this is because the blood flow is so good that the girth fills out more making the scar tissue contract length-wise. It's about 7.5. I'll keep measuring in my next few injections.

2) You can really see the deformity when injecting, it's much easier to inspect the penis. You can compare the pictures with the pictures above early in my injury. A far cry from my healthy pre-peyronies penis girth-wise. However, it does seem to be better than my immediate post-injury girth so i will continue to use VED ever day that i don't inject.

3) I'm following the ChemPE protocol of wearing two layers of cock-ring when injecting to hold the medication in the penis as long as possible. With 5mcg i was able to get erection for an hour and a half. Going to go with 6mcg next time. I'm not only injecting for sex but to try to re-gain some girth. Afterward i wear my traction device or all-day-stretcher. I also applied DMSO on the erect penis.

I wonder if an implant will help fix the girth and if the implant will act the same way that injections work in that it makes the penis a bit shorter. It's not too bad IMO specially if i continue traction.

I've included some other pics including: doing rod extender with stick, applying dmso, injection instructions, and deformity.

I might have missed something, but if you got a () minute erection from 5 mg, I cannot even imagine why you would increase the dose by 20% unless your goal is priapism and damage to your penis.

It is also not clear to me what kind of band or constriction ring you have on your penis, but hopefully, you are not wearing that for 90 minutes.

Injections should not change the length and girth of your penis from a natural full erection or one from using Cialis.  They are all induced by blood from the same arteries into the same shapeless cavernosa, contained by the same tunica.

Finally, if you can get good erections with Cialis, would you still consider an implant?

I'm trying to get a 3-4hr erection per injection to help increase the girth. I follow this by traction either right after or the following morning.
Damage via priapism only happens after 6hrs, and even then you're mostly safe up until 11 hours. Dr. Eid himself told me this.

I wear that band for about an hour, it is not tight enough to fully constrict and only slightly helps keep the meds in the penis as long as possible.

I take daily Cialis and haven't gotten natural erections for a while. With Cialis it's becoming hit or miss. Even if i take another 10-15mg before sex, this is why i've escalated for injections as well. Even when they work they're not nearly the same thickness as my PGE-1 injections.

Yesterday i injected 6mcg of PGE1 but it did not work nearly as well as the first time. I got a much softer erection and only for maybe 45 minutes, if that.

I think it's because i forgot to message the penis after i injected or perhaps i didn't inject quite right. Will keep trying to get down the injection technique and dosage right.

I consider that one of the most ill-advised attempts I can think of.  I also think your confidence that damage to the penis only occurs after 6 hours to be dangerously wrong.  That is much like saying that brain damage only offers after 4 minutes from a lack of O2 and deciding to cut O2 off to the brain for 3 1/2 minutes several times a week.  Peyronies Disease is, in fact, triggered by a lack of O2 to the penile tissue.  Erectile Dysfunction is a big risk factor in scar tissue because Erectile Dysfunction prevents oxygenation through NTE's.  Anytime you have an erection, oxygenation occurs as the blood rushes in but stops once the erection is complete, and the veins are pinched closed.  That is the entire reason that VED protocols call for pump, hold several seconds, RELEASE, and repeat.

It is very flawed for you to think it is treatment to stick a needle in your penis to cause microtrauma, risk a raw blood leak that itself causes scaring, followed by lowering your O2 levels in the tissue.  No erection can exert the stretching, engorged force on the penis that a VED can. A VED does so while increasing tissue oxygenation. Studies also establish that traction increases girth.

You are doing nothing to stretch increased girth, and you are creating conditions that encourage further scarring.

Keep in mind that i don't aim to be rock hard for 6hrs. But rather stay 40-65% engorged for 3hrs. This keeps the penis engorged while allowing for some level of circulation. An effect similar to pulse pumping with a VED.

There's also downsides of using a VED for girth gains. Particularly it affects the skin more than the tunica and causes edema. This is more true at higher pressures. You must also limit the uses of a VED to about 30-60min per session max, which will cause heavy edema.

A big risk is scarring, yes, i already have a lot of scarring in my penis. My aim is to simply continue to remodel the existing scar tissue. To prevent new scar tissue i rotate the injection site, and do light jelquing against it, and use DMSO+PABA.

In any case seems that 5-6mcg is ok for now but will continue to test those dosage and perfect my injection technique. It does give me a much firmer erection than Cialis. I'm still following instructions of using it 3-4 times a week and separated by at least 24hrs.

I will continue to update the log with results and any other issues i experience.

I have to raise my hat for you Luis for your bravery, at least you are riding to your eventual doom with dick hard and engorged! Sir, you are a stud, it's better to go guns blazing than hiding in your closet when it's time to go. Sadly your chosen journey of high pharmaceutical drug use is gonna be your doom. What you offer to science and entertainment is highly appreciated, ride on brave warrior!

There is NO glory in dangerously self experimenting on your only dick, especially when it is still functional.

It is a totally false choice between risky experimenting and hiding in your closet and doing nothing.  Those are not the real choices available.
