Hello everyone,

Can someone with experience tell me which of these drugs and supplements are helpful, and how taking one of them could be dangerous in combination with another one?

Drugs: Pentox, Cialis

Supplements: Pine bark extract, ginseng, nattokinase, citrulin, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, CoQ10

I feel like taking all of these cannot really be that good, so I hope one of you can give me some advice. I personally think that many of these have similar effects (but I don't know which ones), so one has to decide between them.

All the best

Hi,

I prefer Cialis along with CoQ10 or L-Carnitine (best a mix of ALCAR and Propyionyl L-Carnitine). Pycnogenol (Pine bark) is good, too, but for me only in moderation.

BTW did you get a pentox subscription from a German doc? Would be interested in this.

Greetings

I'd say pentox and low dose nightly cialis are key.  Adding coQ10 and l-citrus line should also help.  Be sure to add traction or VED.

Pentox, Cialis, Pine bark extract, nattokinase and citrulin all effect the vascular system by widening blood vessels and/or improving blood viscosity (thinning the blood). Like all vaso-dilators they may lower your blood pressure. If you feel dizzy while exercising or when standing up from sitting down, that's probably a sign that your blood pressure is a little lower than it should be, so try giving up some of your supplements.

If you don't feel dizzy at all then you're fine taking them all.:)
