Hi, I've been having issues with achieving and maintaing erections for the past 3 months. Haven't done a doppler yet, but all my symptoms point towards venous leakage, probably caused by long term psychological stress. I tried a 2.5mg dose of Cialis and I got rock hard(strogest erection I've had in my life tbqh, it even hurt a little). I think that I am at an early stage of the disease and I want to try healing myself before resorting to implants. I heard that a 6 months regimen of Cialis+Pentox daily could potentially alleviate my condition and eventually eventually even reverse it by healing the tissues, but I don't know the right dosage and timing.

Can anyone please suggest me what can I try to do in order to fix my condition?

Hey. There's some confusion in your post. Stress doesn't cause venous leakage. May cause psychological ed but not that. And it can be cured with therapy. If cialis daily works for you, why don't you use it for a month or two with a doctors prescription and see how it goes?

Also... Ed is not reversible, as long as it is not psychological.

2.5 mg nightly cialis should do it-for at least six months.  During this time if your erection are not strong up the dose to 5 mg.

Erectile dysfunction is very much reversible depending on the cause. Apart from those caused by diabetis and venous leak (due to insufficient vein functions), ED is very reversible, just treat the cause!!

To the original poster: I thought i had venous leak all through last year and was filled with all sorts of fear and depression. I discovered my problem stems from a pelvic floor caused by poor posture and anxiety. I am still on my way to recovery but i never had a venous leak as i thought.

Many people have pelvic floor dysfunction, prostatitis ,etc and think they have a leak because symptoms are similar. Do a doppler before any conclusion

I say that is baloney.  MOST ED is not reversible.  Certainly the cases like Venous Leak, Diabetes, prostate cancer treatments, other nerve damage are NOT reversible. That constitutes the VAST MAJORITY of ED cases.  So what you really mean is that some very small percentage of cases of ED might respond.

I've read there are quite a few cases in which it's reversible, and even "curable". There are clinical studies showing long term daily use of cialis or viagra can reverse erectile dysfunction 6 months after stopping the pills. I'm sure that's only for a very small number of people, but nonetheless, it's curable in some cases.

I've also read in pelvic floor dysfunction, it is 100% curable.
