A lot of people on here say edging is bad for you. I take edging to mean actually stimulating yourself and then not orgasming. Is just looking at porn considered edging?

No, edging is masturbating and backing off just before cumming-with or without watching porn.  I don't believe either are bad for you if done without any abuse to the penis.
