I have pretty severe loss of sensation in my penis since the presentation of my Peyronies Disease. I masturbated this morning, and I felt almost no sexual or pleasurable feelings in my penis until just prior to orgasm, and during orgasm. My orgasm, also is only slightly pleasurable.

I don't hear a lot of guys complaining about loss of sensation on here, but I'm sure that this is because of Peyronies Disease. I injured my penis, and immediately afterwords I experienced these symptoms of loss of sensation, and they have only progressed since my injury.

My uro insists that this MUST be a neurological issue, and he doesn't believe I have peyronie's disease to begin with (I have clear, although not extreme deformity and palpable plaques).

Do you guys think this is part of my peyronie's disease? I really want to believe it's connected to something else that is more treatable, but I really think it's because of the Peyronies Disease.

P.S. I'm not experiencing numbness. I can feel when my penis is touched, it just doesn't feel pleasurable or sexual at all.

I'd try to find a Peyronie's specialist since the uro believes you don't have Peyronie's.

Have you tried l-carnitine, keto diet, etc. Others here seem to have sensation returned after that. I would lay off masturbating for a while too. See if that helps.

So it's just mental, luckily. Think about it, you have been dragged down into a situation in which basically you are to the least uncomfortable with your penis. You can't expect pleasure from something you don't feel ok with. I experience myself the same.

I also lost a lot of sensitivity and it's because of the peyronie, and then I had a partial circumcision and I lost sensitivity in the glans, it really sucks.
What happened to me was 10 days after the foreskin surgery, I had recovered the sensitivity of the shaft of the penis and then it disappeared again. I think it was the increase in blood circulation from surgery, or the physiological serum.
I have been like this for 5 years, it does not return alone, it worsens in the refractory period,
32 years,injured at 25.
Slight curve, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and semi-erect.
Loss of sensitivity due to peyronie and circumcision  moderate erectile dysfunction, pain.
I improved the pelvic floor with kinesiology.
Frequent urination.

Tony, my Uro supposedly IS a peyronie's specialist. He's just isn't open to any treatment options other than surgery or Xiaflex, on top of being a giant a$$hole.
As of yet, I can't find another Peyronie's specialist in Cincinnati.

Samsung, I've probably masturbated twice in the past two months, it wouldn't be hard to stop completely since I get almost zero enjoyment from it, and depression has sort of killed my libido. I could get on l-carnitine. I'm planning my first attempt at keto, but I'm honestly pretty stressed about it. Food is one of the few things I still enjoy since I've had this depression (caused by peyronie's).

Jack, It most certainly is not just mental. My Uro says that's its neurological, meaning its a nerve issue. He thinks I must have tweaked my back or something. Two other uros have diagnosed me with peyronie's disease. I know that I have it, and I know that my loss of sensation is a result of the injury that caused my peyronie's disease.
Part of my sexual dysfunction is mental, and I'm seeing a sex therapist. But my loss of sensation is certainly due to something physical.

Tobyg, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience.

Get your hormone levels tested just in case. Low testosterone can mess with libido and sensitivity. Other than that defenitely get on L-citrulline or even cialis/viagra and pentox if you can. But even if you do all this you might jave lost some sensation and I believe you when you say it'a physical as I have experienced this loss of sensitivity myself over the progression of this condition. However, I can still enjoy stimulation when I'm turned on. It's like my brain has been able to adjust to the decreased sensitivity, so yeah that part may be mental. But I'm defenitely not saying it's "in your head". You likely have lost sensitivity but hopefully over time you'll readjust as most nerves are in the skin and you'd have to have a VERY bad case not to feel any pleasure anymore.
Age: 25
Date of onset: 17
Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help

Def have a neurological workout if your doc suspects that.  Loss sensitivity can return w time but you def want to treat any underlying condition.  If two docs diagnosed w Peyronie's have you started any treatment such as pentox, low dose nightly pde5i and traction?
