Does anyone have a source for this 3 cylinder VED in Australia?

I've tried Endotherapeutics - they don't seem to have the manual 3 cylinder VED only battery operated version and it is priced at $529 excluding postage.

I was advised by our local area manager not to buy the powered unit, very heavy and not as much control.
