Hi All. Apologize for poor english. So, some here already understood that surgery can fix curvature, pain and give a straight and strong as rock member. But, what about this case, when the part of the body is already straight, but it is just a constant discomfort, I guess it is called paresthesia with wrong-feeling inside. Personally, some pills and some physiotherapy did not help. So it may sounds naive, but can surgery option remove this stupid discomfort with wrong feelings under the skin, which really distracts from a daily life and reminds about this nightmare 24/7. And can surgery bring lost sensation/sensitivity back!?

I would have to say, unfortunately, no.  Once you get this condition you will never get back to where you felt prior.  It will now be your new normal

He might regain sensation if he uses arginine, cialis, etc. and changes his diet and a bunch of other things. His dick prior to peyronie's won't return, no, but things can be modified.

How long have you had this discomfort or loss of sensation and did anything trigger it?  Without even having a diagnosis, there really is no predicting a bad outcome at this point...

Vacuum therapy may help. It increases blood flow, and may help repair tissue damage. It's just my opinion. After having tried many different treatments over the years. See old man's protocol
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

Mr man is correct. I been using the Somaerect 3 cylinder pump system with Old Man's pump protocol and it has definitely improved my penile health and feeling of it.  Nothing on curvature yet, but I'm only just starting week 7.
