Hi guys, I'm 22 yers old and I need your help. I've had a curved penis TO THE RIGHT and a bit up since I was a young teenager, with my penis bending both flaccid and erected. When erected about 15-20 degrees I think. I had the dumb idea to try pushing a little bit against the curve when semi erect or erect and tried to jelq or increase blood flow in the right corpum cavernosum to try to compensate. I did that just a few times, with no pain and exaggeration (I think). A few weeks/months ago I noticed that if I leave my penis go half erect trying to touch it the less I could, my penis at half of the shaft had a severe curvature of 45+ degrees to the right and like an hourglass, while if I helped with my hand I could correct it to nearly straight. The full erection was with a curvature of 15 degrees. Today, probably because of a bit of anxiety, I can't get a full erection and at my best my erection is still with a 20 degrees or more curve, I'm a bit scared. Today I'm also feeling like my penis is a bit "hard flaccid" and tense. Could it be Peyronie? Maybe because of a damage I made trying to straighten it? Please help me, thanks. I would also ask you, If I go to see a urologist, can he check my erection someway? Thanks a lot

Unfotunately, it does sound like you have something that could be Peyronie's.  The only way to make sure is to see a urologist.  Just be sure that the uro you go see actually has experience in detecting peyronie's or a peyronie's specialist ( typically and andrologist )

In any case it would be most prudent to limit weiner activity as much as possible. No jelqing, no rough nothing.  I would even try to forget its even there if you can until you get a handle on it.  You are young and you may just have some tunical injury that will correct itself in time.  Even as young as you are, penile injuries take forever to heal.  6 months plus is NOT out of the question or even abnormal at all.

Thank you so much. I decided not to talk with my parents about that (till I don't go to the urologist) and fortunately I've seen there's an Induratio Penis Plastica specialist near my house. I hope it's just my usual congenital curvature as I can't feel any plaque... thank you very much for your answer, I'm waiting for more from other users.

Ok guys... some news... I decided to talk with my dad about it, because  he's an endocrinologist.
I told him that my penis bends quite a lot during the semi erect state, but I have always had a brnt erection, and if I was ok. He told me "all penises bend a little bit, some more, some less". So I asked him "Am I ok?" and he told me "yes don't worry". As he hadn't checked directly my penis (he did that when I was like 14 but not recently), I don't know if that was the right choice, but I think I won't go to see the urologist and for a while I won't masturbate and avoid any type of possible inflammation. What do you think?

I think that if you are having issues other than your congenital curve, you need to see a urologist that specializes in peyronies. While I am sure your dad is a fine doctor, he is not a urologist or someone that specializes in this. Please dont get me wrong, I am not saying your dad doesnt know medicine but he is telling you exactly what regular urologists or family care doctors tell many of our members and we always ask them to see a specialist for peyronies. This is not something that is well known to regular doctors, many tell their patients to wait and see what happens and for many members that has cost them a great deal. I still think seeing a specialist is the best thing to do.

Thank you so much that's a good advice you're right! I'll schedule an appointment with a urolgist, also because I've never been well checked in my lifetime so far. Thanks everybody, and really best wishes for your health

No need to stop masturbating if it causes no discomfort and you're 85+ % erect.

Your dad might very well be right but, the only way you are going to know if he is, is to treat it normal and make sure you are able to do so without issues or pain.  Sex, masturbation, urinate, etc. Use it or lose it. :)

Hi guys, thanks for your replies, you are a great family. My situation is evolving, I think my problem is not Peyronie but Hard Flaccid sindrome and my penis cannot expand correctly not because of a scar but something else. I cannot feel plaques but my penis seems sort of rigid inside when flaccid and cannot expand correctly (worsening the curve), I think I have an inflammation. I will book with a private expert urolgist/andrologist for 9/06, hoping that my situation will get better without any type of stimulation to my penis. I will let you know the answers from the urologist, thank you again

Hard flaccid is mostly related to Pelvic floor issues and a constant stress state.
Go to the doc but if it's HF then he wont be able to help you.
Stop masturbation while sitting(standing or laying down instead).
Stretch and massage your pelvic floor. Relax muscles and mind.
There are pelivic floor therapists who can do that, some yoga instructors have knowledge too.
