Guys,

I don't know what to make of this. I did an ultrasound and MRI which they said I have ventral and dorsal thickening of the tunica. It's moderate thickening and diffuse.

I was shown where it is on the image and we don't even know what to call this. It's some kind of peyronies that has arisen from any obvious trauma. I never had an injury as such. So I have no idea what this is or how it could be caused. Urologist can't help me further.

Here is an MRI of the dorsal thickening, you can see it's just below the surface of the skin and it appears as this landing strip that extends the entire length from base to tip.

I've marked an arrow point to this landing strip like appearance. I can feel inside my penis that it's a fibrous and hardish feel. Not calcified, I've had this for many years and it's slowly thickened over the years.

Here are just two normal images showing as it goes deeper.
You can see the landing strip now disappears.

Masturbation? Caused by my hernia mesh?

It's ventral as well and has caused me some Erectile Dysfunction as well as loss in girth.

I think I also have something similar except I haven't had an MEI to prove it. But I can kind of feel it.

I believe it is from fascia, abdominal and pelvic tension pulling the penis backwards and tightening it up.

I also have I thinks hernia mesh on the left side. But I believe the tightness may have started before the procedure was done.

How are you getting on, any advancements? I am having the same symptoms.

Do you ever have uncomfortable tightness and the base of your penis where it attaches to the body, or tightness in the perineum. Has it effected sensitivity of the glans at all?

hi guys,
I believe that my peyronie is the same as the one described by you and also to the members of this Forum: DRESSA, SAMSUNG and POPOPO, due to the similarity with the descriptions reported by them. I have a calcified plaque fillet in that same region (dorsal / septum) that starts from the base to the glans. I still have erections, but they are not easy to get when I need them for sex, so I have a high degree of ED, numbness and a lack of sensitivity in the glans completely. I already had a diagnosis here in my country for implantation but I still haven't decided on it, however with each passing day I feel that I have nothing more than that.
54 years, self-induced peyronie
Upward curvature ~40º-50º, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and erect. Multiple plaques, loss of sensitivity, pain sometimes in a flaccid state and always on erection, axial instability and erectile dysfunction
