Recent MRI shows hydrocele if bilateral sacs
« on: May 12, 2020, 12:29:05 PM »

I’m experiencing hard flaccid, lack of inflation of glans, inability to maintain erection, and obviously some degree of Peyronies although i have no curve.

I’m wondering if the hydrocele could be causing some symptoms like hard flaccid and Erectile Dysfunction, or if it could be contributing to it.

Might the fluid be blocking or pinching some veins, causing insufficiency?

I’m afraid to schedule another urologist. They all say the same thing - “it’s in your head” or “nothing’s wrong” or “i can’t do anything for you”. At this point it’s almost a waste of money.

I’ll schedule one, but I’m not hopeful about it.

I'm interested in this too as at times i've though I had a hydrocele.

Would you by any chance explain your symptoms and the symptoms of the hydrocele please.

I've had some pain which has seemed to go from a part of my penis down to my scrotum, was thinking hydrocele or hernia perhaps.

Have you seen a Urologist who perhaps specialises in transgender surgery? i've noticed they are a lot more open minded.

Age:30 - Symptoms for 6-7 months no improvement or worsening.... Prominent Left + Upwards curve when half erect.. Fully erect - approx 20-25 degree curve... No noticeable plaque. Waiting on Ultrasound results.. Mild Erectile Dysfunction..
