Collagenase molecular weight?

Guys,

Looking at Collagenase, I was reading about Santyl which is obviously a topical version and it wouldn't apply to us.

However, I wonder that since it does come in a topical form what is the molecular weight of Collagenase regarding transdermal applications.

I see that it's weight is 130 KDa however I don't know what this is in terms of g/mol?

Is Collagenase transportable via DMSO?

Collagenase as in xiaflex? That would probably dissolve your dick if transported via DMSO. They only inject a tiny, tiny amount and it burns like battery acid.

You mean Molar Mass? I found collagenase on Wikipedia saying it has a Molar mass of 114 kg/mol (AUX-I); 113 kg/mol (AUX-II).

I don't know what that means.

No I wouldn't use xiaflex itself. But I can get my hands on collagenase in its pure form and am thinking of ways to self administer absolute minute doses over a period of time. Thinking of ways to administer it diffusely. Perhaps with DMSO.. or multiple small doses over the tunica... as my tunica has diffuse thickening and fibrosis.

It's too heavy, that is sure. It's highly possible you waste it on your skin, it will probably only reach the top skin layer.
And yes it's heavier than insulin, which is well known to not be able to be transported transdermaly cause of its weight, hence the comparison.

Most vitamins and minerals are able to be transported transdermally and they all have a lower weight than insulin.  
I'm pretty sure that all supplements I tried in the range of 100g/mol up to maybe 800g/mol did go transdermal(with DMSO)

I fear collagenase and similar need to be injected to make an impact. Which of course runs the risk of creating new injuries which then could create more faulty tissue(but many report an overall improvement with Xiaflex). I personally, if I had access(not able to in germany) and the money, would've hired a doctor to get me Xiaflex injections in as short of a timeframe as possible. I personally would then have applied DMSO type antinflammatory supplements to the site of injection to mitigate the bruising.(personally!)
