So I found an old study / trial on the anti-CD47 concept, with targeting these “don’t eat me” signals in cancer and fibrosis.

In 2017 it was going through trials, and the FDA fast-tracked it.

So these guys https://www.fortyseveninc.com/science make the drug called Magrolimab, which is brand new and is used now for some cancers.

The drug targets the CD47 signal. I am sure it would be useful in peyronies. Apparently this signal is found in a vast array of proliferation like disorders, such as cancer and fibrosis in various forms.

It seems that it causes the body to destroy the fibrosis. This is not simply an inhibitor but rather a treatment to reverse fibrosis.

Here is an extensive link on anti-cd47 as part of a combination that shows reversal of fibrosis. I don’t understand all the data but I’m hoping someone here with more knowledge can help me research this thing.

If it seems like a potential, then all we need to do is convince a urologist to get us the medication to try it.
