Well then everyone should take drugs then. Drugs are great. Have at it. Why would anyone recommend taking drugs for peyronie's disease? Total nonsense. Before you make statements like this, do you actually know anything about mitragynine and 7-α-hydroxymitragynine or indole alkaloids? If you want to take anti inflammatories then drink green tea or something, don't recommend addictive chemicals. Unless you like death. I'm staying off this forum for a good long while. You've all lost your mind. There should only be posts about logic and common sense and things that fight this disease backed by science. All the rest of this b.s. is so counterproductive and asinine.

read Up on kratom first and report back to me. Addictive substance? It's derived from a coffee plant family.  I stop taking it cold turkey with minimal side effects. Very similar to coffee. Reason I brought it up is because it promotes well being and many of us in this community need a little pick me up. I can safely say this plant saved me from anti depressants which are much more harmful than a plant. Some drink green tea, I drink kratom tea. But just because it's not FDA approve everyone glosses over it. I'm sure big pharma will get their hands in it at one point though

I'd like to add some words of caution for anyone taking kratom. I used it for about six years. While it does boost mood and give energy, it is known to lower testosterone, cause hair loss, cause constipation, and lower libido. I developed peyronies a year and a half ago, it has been an awful experience. I quit taking kratom a month ago, have been eating healthy, and supplementing with vitamins and enzymes. There has been a dramatic improvement in my peyronies. Plaques have reduced greatly, upward curvature has lessened a good bit, and erection quality is almost to the point I feel comfortable in trying to have intercourse again. This is all in a month. Obviously everyone is different, but kratom can screw with your gut bacteria along with all of the other side effects listed above. Best of luck to everyone out there battling this crap, stay strong.
Diagnosed Oct 2019. 80 degree upward curvature with hour glassing. Declined surgery for a natural approach.
