Hey guys I'm Dan 29 years old. So about 2 and a half years ago I had an injury during sex where a girl was on top and bent my penis. There was no loss of erection or a pop. I actually finished and went about my business. I woke up the next morning and noticed my Penis was slightly pointing to the right. In panic I saw a couple urologists and they said I should be ok. Fast forward a year and I noticed a rice grain size plaque under the head. I had a feeling this would occur after reading up on it. Another year passed and I noticed my penis became a lot more firm and I felt a pulling to the right. I figured more plaque was forming and I was right. A strand like plaque that feels like a vein occurred on the right side of the penis. I massaged it many times with castor oil and it feels more loose now but it also feels numb on that side now. My girth went from 4.6 to 4.3 under the head and 4.5 at the thickest part erect. Is there any hope this will ever stop. Mentally it completely dismantled me. You guys know best what this can do to a man. I can't focus on work and research this day in and out. I'm looking to see if there is a point in this condition that It will either stop progressing or get better. A light at the end of the tunnel.  I also developed a numbness on the side of the penis in January. Out of nowhere. I take coq10 l-argentine, l-carnitine, fish oil and a multi vitamin. It swings to the right and eventually straightens out with minimal bend while erect. Semi erect it looks terrifying though. With a twist and a bend. I've been digging through the forum, that's how I found out about the supplements. But what else is there to do. When will I know this is finally as bad as it's going to get?

This could be a relatively mild case of Peyronie's (if it does not continue to worsen).  You could add traction and low dose nightly pde5i to help remodel any fibrous to healthy tissue to lessen continuing loss of girth and hopefully to reverse it.  Be sure to read the survival guide.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057

Hey tony, what exactly is the pdei5. I'm on all of the supplements listed in the other post about battling this. I haven't seen that one in perticular

Thanks

He means viagra or cialis or the like. Cialis seems to be a general preference here, 2.5 to 5mg. daily dose.
45 y.o. Single. Onset of symptoms (pain-stinging like a wasp) @ 6/2018. No sudden injury. Curve developed slowly. 40 deg. dorsal. Hourglassing. Torsion to left flaccid. 4 rounds xiaflex. Restorex, DMSO+, heat, arginine, cialis, lipoic acid, vit. K2

That's the interesting thing, I don't have problems getting or maintaining erections. Unless I'm stressed out about it.

Low dose daily cialis or viagra helps to remodel the plaque to healthy tissue (that's why it's recommended for Peyronie's)

You may end up needing an implant if it continues to get worse.  For now you can try a VED (vacuum device).  Some people will tell you that you need a $300 medical grade VED... that's  hogwash.  I bought one for $60 at a sex shop and my results (if you look at my profile and before and after pic) were astounding... (more than double the length and an extra inch in girth).  If you have to get a VED, go for the Titan.  It is made of tougher material that can straighten the Peyronie's. I am happy to speak with you if you have and questions... Just send me a PM with your number, time zone and when is good to talk). :)

Really hoping this won't be the case since I'm only 29. L carnitine returned my sensation. Thank god. I have a ved device coming in this week from amazon. Very hopeful about that since neov said in his videos that it returns girth and fills out dents. Which is my biggest problem. Throwing everything and the kitchen sink at this damn disease and it feels like one day I'm making progress and the next we're back to square one. I'm so mentally exhausted from this, life feels like an actual nightmare. But I'm hopeful. There has been many positive improvements but I'm ready for this thing to just settle.

There are some really cool plus's to an implant that you won't get any other way... ;)

@Larry - D1990m is only 29 years old   :( Judging by his testimony, he is not yet hopeless.

I think that an implant has some very positive properties - but in my opinion an implant would be the very last step I would take.

Thanks for the responses guys. I'm definitely trying to avoid invasive therapy's such as surgery as of right now. I'm on a very strict keto diet for the last 2 weeks and I'm doing neoV traction methods which are very effective (penis actually went for 5.5 inches to 6.5 in length) but it does still seem to be in an active stage on this new area that emerged. Ved device is coming in today, will also report back on that. Doing everything I can to keep the blood flowing through it. A nice thing is that l carnitine brought my sensation back! So that's a positive.

I don't necessarily disagree with you, I am just pointing out that if surgery is his only option, it's not the end of the world. And, just for the record, I have been suffering with my issues since I was 3 years old, so I am no stranger to all of these issues. :)

Thanks Larry. Yeah I read your bio and it seems like you're definitely a veteran in this field. Needless to say this took a rough course on my mental health and even the thought of surgery makes me cringe since I don't have health insurance. But you're definietly right. It's great to know that option is always available. This is a bitch of a condition to have. Unbelievable how little the uros know about it.

I have not had Peyronies but ED is nasty too... especially for these young lads... I really feel for them.  I had lots of issues when I was young so I know what they are going through... :(

D1990, have you tried to sign up for affordable health care?

Yeah I signed up last year, had to get a hernia surgery and they kicked me off. No idea why. But I deal with automotive insurance companies on the daily basis and I'm not surprised since they do exact same thing. I'm in the process of getting new insurance. Hopefully I'll be all straightened out by the end of the month

That's great, sounds like you could have appealed...but as long as you get a new insurance hopefully you'll be able to get treatment.

If you haven't yet already done so, DON'T see a doctor until you have new insurance because they will refuse to pay for treatment because it will then be a "preexisting condition"  I wish  could have all my e-friends on this site move to Canada... The only thing my condition has cost me is for gas, on the road meals and hotels... of course, all of this is a tax deduction.  I was even able to write off my laser hair removal (although it didn't really work all that great. I wish I could get the top of my head to teach my crotch how it's done.. :)

No, you're not-fortunately affordable health care banned refusing insurance for pre-existing conditions.  Thank god for that legislation, I just hope it doesn't get reversed for political reasons.

That's good to know.  I think they can still do that here in Canada. :)
