It is the 3rd time that manually pulling, no more than 2 weeks each, I recover the thickness, my strong erections and improve orgasms. but always temporarily, the improvements last a few days (4/6) and I always have to stop because I feel burning.
In my 3rd time I was restoring the foreskin, because I had a partial circumcision that worsened my function (this generates traction on the penis too).

Positive information:
1) I confirm that we can recover the thickness of the penis and improve erections. Traction really does have an effect on erection and recovery from thickness and orgasms. but we are halfway there, lack scientific research or a combination with some other possible treatment to improve this.

Negative information:
1) When I get the improvements, I also get burning
2) the improvements in my case are temporary (stopping pulling due to pain)
3) I read in some places that the scars do not disappear, this discourages me, although it would be good to improve the quality of life without curing it 100%

Conclusion:
I think that traction combined with another possible treatment can get us out of this madness.
I really think that we should organize ourselves, collect signatures and disseminate for more research. We have 1 year until the coronavirus passes.

What do you mean by burning? The scars can somewhat go away, but it's a bit complex. Scars aren't static singular entities but more like spectrums. If you can fill out the penis tissue below the scar, it may slowly fade over time since it's no longer needed as much.

Traction tends to appear to work temporarily, and then you just keep doing it until these temporary benefits become permanent. It is a long term commitment but in a lot of cases benefits come pretty quick, even in a week or two.

Hello Neo! I've got 2 questions.
1. While doing manual traction, how can i avoid slippage? I've got a small glans, and if i full stretch my penis it's somewhat hard to mantain an "hard" traction for more than a few seconds. How to avoid slippage?

2. You said that you may notice benefits even after 2 weeks. So, after how much time would you say that gains become permanent? Is it possible, for someone who is suffering from Erectile Dysfunction caused by Peyronie's, to recover his erections? Unfortunately, the fibrosis brings an hard time to the tunica albuginea while expanding and stops the veins under the tunica from being compressed. I havent got morning wood since years. Is it recoverable?

I'm about to get a cystoscopy in 2 weeks to see what's causing the urine flow issues, and I will share any findings I have. My flow issues started directly with the peyronie's development out of the gate. What pisses me off about it after hearing from others here on this forum, that it is definitely a linked issue to peyronie's and only 1 site out of the hundreds of them even mention it as a possible symptom...

Hey Hope,

Slippage is somewhat unavoidable, but I have found that washing your penis with body wash or a mild soap as well as your hands so that it is cleaner helps, as well as certain positions. There is one kind of funny position I use where I use my leg to gently push down on my hand so I don't have to squeeze. I call it lazy hand traction or auto hand traction (lol). Please do not try this until you see what I mean, since you can hurt yourself, in case you are new!

Your results will become permanent over weeks and months, and yes erections and erection quality will improve, but focus on your diet as much as you can and don't rely only on traction.

I don't think one should stretch the penis if doing so causes pain, but mild soreness can be expected as the studies show, after which it goes away.

Be careful with too much tension and make sure your penis slowly gets used to tension.

Most penis tissue can be stretched beyond their normal size temporary.
It's a lot of very flexible tissue. It's the purpose of the penis. Then it retracts
Temporary elongation(length and girth) in regard to tissue is "elastic expansion", it bounces back, like a stretch band.
Lasting elongation is "plastic deformation".

Elastic expansion can last for some hours and possibly days until you're back to 0.

You can reach plastic deformation by doing it very intensely which also bears the risk of MORE DAMAGE(!) which can mean more peyronies issues. elastic expansion->plastic deformation->failure/break.

That's why you might feel sore, you did it a bit too much..
I recommend to instead do it longer and more often which can be controlled much better. So instead of hard traction for 2 minutes do 10 minutes low intensity traction but many sets, daily. The expansion often accumulates and then lasts into the next

Heat can also help to create an easier more controllable stretch. I did use an extender up to 14 hours a day(14 times 30 to 60 minutes) at various intensities. Always challenging the tissue but never hurting it.

I am pulling the penis again, I have improvements again (I do not feel hard in the erection, the thickness returns, flaccid penis softer) and a slight burning as I mentioned.

my big question is
1) Am I breaking and reshaping the scar or am I generating more trauma on healthy tissue? I don't regret doing this, since if I don't do it my penis is a disaster and it gets worse and worse (harder, incomplete erections).
but I am not going to continue generating trauma either, therefore for me it was an advance, this improves many symptoms.
I will continue a few more days to see what happens.
Will muscle regenerate muscle alone? or it always will with a scar.
I heard that there is no medicine to stop inflammatory processes due to the coronavirus (the same must happen here)

2) In the US they are testing traction with PRP (platelet rich plasma), I am not sure if it works.

That's the fine line we walk with traction and also VED.
You can create damage/inflamation by stretching too much at once or by stretching continuously over too long of a time.
I would avoid stretching while you feel "sore".. or at least cut intensity back.

That's also why I say that people in active stage should be very wary of traction and VED. Or if you have underlying issues where your body overreacts to every injury or you have "blood issues" due to eating unhealthy(bad fat in the blood).

I used traction everyday for many hours and sometimes with a really hard stretch that felt "challenging". Never had any soreness that wasn't dealt with overnight though. Granted I also used my DMSO+X mixes along with it which were often inflammatory.

Depends on the scope of the injury and the healing circumstances. A small injury with perfect healing circumstances the tissue will be very similar. The body "knows" where to heal what how.
Think of a cut in your arm.
a)-A small one with great healing you will have the same tissue as before.
b)-A big cut that doesn't close fast and you "throw salt in the wound" you will get a scar.
With peyronies we have case similar to b)

I read in one study that traction stimulates collagenase production and that can help as well its the same compound that is in xiapex/xiaflex

melting: that fine line, is the one that doctors or scientists should study so that it does not cause damage, I noticed improvements in my last traction, although being honest, I do not understand how they do to drive hours / days / months, I pull minutes and notice changes (some permanent and some temporary), and softly, I could not stretch more since I have flaccid hard and it is very difficult for me, I am feeling punctures at the moment, I took pentox (I do not like this medicine because of the side effects),
I will not wait much longer, or I improve or finish breaking the penis.

The pentox 600 really is effective for pain (retraction and punctures), it has already been removed (although I was nauseated, dizzy, and had a severe headache), the base of the penis (in the urethra area) has regenerated a lot, a little more than a month that the changes are maintained (without narrowing), but the area before the glans is very hardened, it is complex to solve that

I used the androperoynes for 9 months during the Acute Phase, I did keep my length and girth but the indentation and the little lateral curve remained. Then couple months after I decided to use the androperoynes again and the VED, I increased the length of the androperoynes device to a comfort level which I didn't have any pain, It felt good, like I felt the tension thinking that extra strect will get rid of my indentation. Well, that overstretch made my Peroynes worst!!!!!!. Now I losted more girth, it feels like my whole penis got thinner and unstable, I made my condition worse.

I've never tried traction with mechanical device, it's always been manual, but what I've noticed over time is that it brings some pain relief. The question is to what extent the traction actually has an effect on the remodeling of fibrous tissue or not, and in this case, it worsens the disease, bringing more scars
