How to help with pea sized lumps on the left side?

Hi I have a dorsal curve causing a bend upward and to the left. How do you get right off pea side plaque on the right side of the shaft. I do traction by hand pulling penis out and do mostly the helicopter technique.

Being really carefully my scaring is on the top near the head mostly in the middle. Its hard to find information about how to do traction by hand. Because of where the plaque is I have neos video but it seems like his plaque is on the bottom. Any Ideas just wondering what has helped some of you guys.
