Are there any positives for correcting the congenital curve with traction device? Can the curve be increased using traction device?

You can try, but there are mixed reactions to this. There is a view that you can't correct a congenital curve with traction.
My opinion is that it depends on the degree of curvature. With traction it would be optimistic that you might get a 10-15 degree correction. So if you have a 60 degree curve at best you might get from 60 degrees to 40. And you might not be satisfied with this.

Hi Lwillis, how did you come up w that degree of improvement?
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.
