Dude,

Ease up on the profanity, you'll get more responses that way. We're all facing a beast of a disease here but we try to keep it civil.

Per your question: If you are in the U.S. try Dr. Tom Lue at UCSF in San Francisco. He's a male sexual health specialist so you'll need to have a regular urologist diagnose you first. Then call Dr. Lue's office and give the receptionist the contact info for your original urologist. They'll arrange to have your records sent to Dr. Lue. I went to him, he was great. No surgery for me but he recommended I stay on pentox ( I am now off of it). I am pain free and my functioning is no different than when I was 20. Life is moving forward again.

In the Midwestern and Eastern US, try looking up Dr. Milam at Vanderbilt and Dr. Lawrence Levine in Chicago. Haven't visited these guys but I assume the process is similar. Many folks on the forum have gone to these guys. There are other specialists too; just look around the forum.

Anger is a normal part of this disease. Use that anger to get yourself healthy, not just your junk, but your whole body. Good luck and let us know if you have more questions.
