unable to flex blood into glans

Hey all.

Have any of you noticed a decreased ability to flex blood into your glans since having peyronie's?

Before I got peyronie's, if I was semi-aroused or even sometimes while flaccid, if I flexed the muscles in my pelvic floor (like if you were doing kegels), my glans would swell a little bit. Since I got peyronie's, I've noticed that this doesn't happen as often--certainly not while flaccid-- and I have to be a lot more aroused in order to flex blood into my glans.

Also, even when my glans does swell from flexing my pelvic floor muscles, I don't feel it in my glans the way I used to...

I have a lot of plaque and some hourglassing just behind my glans. I'm wondering if the plaque is constricting my penis and making it harder for blood to get to my glans?

I wondered if anyone else has experienced anything similar?
Have you found anything that helps with this?

Yes.

Cialis and all the other stuff helps a bit.

The blood supply to the glans is fed by the corpus spongeiusm rather than cavernosa.  I suppose fibrous tissue could develop there as well.  Pde5i does help blood flow there as well.

Thanks. I haven't been able to get a doctor to prescribe me cialis yet, but I'm hoping to make another appointment soon. It's hard to feel optimistic at this point, since I've already gone through 4 urologists and none of them were very cooperative or supportive.

I haven't heard of plaque in the spongiosum. I guess it's possible. I do have ventral indentation. My spongiosum is basically flat for a few inches behind my glans. 

I had sort of assumed that it was just plaque in the tunica and/or cavernosum restricting or pinching the spongiosum.

Also, my glans fills out fully when erect. It's just difficult to pump blood into it actively by flexing muscles.
Maybe it just takes more blood than it used to? I also have wondered if it's a pelvic floor issue.

Anyway, excuse my rambling. Thanks for the info.
