An update on my condition (All my treatment reviews are useless)

Just came back to say that since I stopped all treatment and medication some months ago, my deformity has continued to progress at an extremely minimal and almost unnoticeable pace. I don't think my condition was or is severe enough for the treatments to be of any help to me. I was scared that my condition was progressing faster than it actually was, and was so proactive that I hardly spent any time without treatment initially, so I never had a chance to see how slow it was actually progressing on its own, and gave credit for that slow or almost nonexistent progression to the treatments I was using.

Tldr: Don't rely on anything I said about any treatments possibly helping to slow my condition.

I do still deal with pain over a year out, and it sucks. I still haven't been able to stop myself from masturbating for more than a few days, and despite being as gentle and brief as possible, sometimes well under 30 seconds, I still usually end up with some burning or tightness under the skin that can be worse and last longer, days or weeks, depending on some factors. Hopefully the new girlfriend gives me the motivation I need to let this heal and help me crawl out of my depression and addiction or whatever other mental issues are contributing to this. Hopefully this actually heals and gets better at all. I have officially spent more time nude than clothed this year, and my pajama collection has grown exponentially since normal pants are quick to stir up more issues. This might be my last post. Maybe I'll check back in some time. Good luck.

Please keep us posted.  Have you tried pentox, ibuprofen, or voltaren gel for pain?

I've tried a few things...

Just came back to say that the dent I mentioned before forming along my urethra seems to be the cavernous area exposing itself as my entire urethra shifts to the right...



It still works but things are getting kinda weird over here.

I'm back now and in terrible pain. My lack of self control has gotten so bad that I need to take hormone suppressants to reduce my sex drive. I haven't masturbated for a month and I'm still in enough pain that I can't even wear my pajamas anymore for more than a few minutes without seriously exacerbating things and setting me back. I can't go out and do the things I love anymore. I can't jog, or ride a bike, or even walk at the park without messing myself up. Normal life as I know it is gone, and has been for almost two years now. I've talked with my psychiatrist and decided that I'll go a year on hormone suppressants to keep me from masturbating, and if that doesn't work or yield considerable improvement and allow me to get back to a remotely normal life without experiencing terrible pain then I'm getting a sex change. It's not like I'll be having sex again at this rate anyway, and it's better than outright amputation, which I would have also considered out of sheer frustration. This whole situation is totally getting in the way of me living my life right now and I'm ready to put an end to it at any cost. Being able to go out and experience the world again means much more to me than a normal sex life, which I would still have, just with different parts, and it's not something I would have considered otherwise. No choice seems ideal right now, but choices need to be made.

Your symptoms seem to be extreme penile pain.  What does the Andrologist diagnose you with?

They were hesitant to diagnose me with peyronies due to lack of severe deformity, but deformity is indeed present and progressive. The closest I'm going to get to a diagnosis seems to be "stop masturbating".

Did you try Colchicine for pain ? It made me good

Peter, comments such as that are not really helping this individual w his pain.  It's the opposite of being supportive and essentially says nothing will ever help. 😔
