Hey guys, first time on the site. Looks to be one of the better resources out there. I have some possibilities as to how things started, but am unsure. Ultimately looking at how to address this, stop spread and even reverse where possible. Any medical opinions preferred.

Background - No severe or noticeable penile injuries in the past, athletic male (28), family history of Dupuytren's on father's side. Curve started on the side and now also upward, slight bend, has started increasing along fibrous tissues.

Timeline
Diagnosed with genital HPV 2014
Started treatment 2018 (First used Aldarra and supplements)
Used Imunovir (Inosine Pranobex) Early 2019 (4G/day 30 days)
Continued taking Immune boosting supplements
June 2019 noticed 2 small nodules, grew slightly, got smaller
Nov 2019 10 day silent retreat with vegetarian menu, no growth
Last couple months (Feb/March) have seen an increase of fibrous growth along top of penis, these are less like nodules and more like strands.

These are just the inputs I can consider. Could also be alcohol consumption, moderate MDMA usage, unsure. Looking to develop my knowledge of the chemical process associated with penile fibrous tissue growth. Any help here is GREATLY appreciated.

You most likely will not find a cause. And it doesn't matter at this point. Only thing to do is attack it going forward. I have no idea what caused mine. It is genetic as far as I can tell. You mentioned dupuytrens in your family, so there you go. You're probably looking for a place to lay blame. Curse the sky, but do traction while you're doing that.
