Hi all

Not posted for a while as I was trying to ignore this condition as it was getting me down, but really need some advice.

I've had a couple of operations, without great success, and have been left with a flaccid penis with extreme retraction.  I need to stop him turtling up, so wondered if anyone had any advice?

I have looked at the Stealth innerwear; anybody used it at all?  Any other solutions?

Also if anyone has any advice on foreskin restoration.

Cheers

I tried traction taping for a while. As I recall you had a lot of sensitivity issues. But maybe if you found a coban tape soft enough this could help. I just wrapped mine from base to tip fairly snug but not too tight to cut off circulation and left on for a couple hours.

I'm sure pelvic floor therapy would help. I don't remember exactly what you said you've tried so far for supplements, traction, etc.

Thanks for response.

I had an operation to anchor the skin to the base of the shaft, but the stitches or skin snapped from the pressure of just sitting, so I'm back to square one.  I had also a ligament cut, but that's done nothing either.

Sensitivity is ok, if I could just stop the turtling.  It retracts so total length is around 3 cm.  I have worn a silicone sleeve which can help, until I sent or bend down and it just comes off.

I have really tried supplements.  I have used a soma correct.  Also phallosan forte, bit that was super uncomfortable and kept come off.

Surgeon recommended restorex, but near impossible to get hold of in the Uk.

I went to a pelvic floor therapist, tried some exercises, but had no internal manipulation.

I'll try wrapping with some tape and see how it goes.

I did order a Stealth Innerwear a few days ago. I'm in Canada so they ship international, from China, will take a couple of weeks to get here.

I like the concept. I hope I ordered the correct size, they have 99 sizes and will do a custom fit as well. I like that it's cotton and can be worn overnight.

I can see it working while being worn, but I don't know if I buy their claims that eventually it will train your dick to stop turtling. I kinda doubt that. I'm not interested at all in the 'cosmetic' aspect of it, I suppose that depends on underwear and pant choice anyway.

I can report back if you want, but waiting on shipping, and a couple weeks of testing, it won't be for about a month. I didn't consider it very expensive, and thought it was worth a try.

I have been using Restorex for close to a year now, with some success, for peyronies. It has helped some with turtling, plus I've started wearing loose boxers and loose jeans, I think that helps too.

I could be completely wrong, but I have a good feeling "turtling" has more to do with your pelvic muscles than it does your penis.

I've noticed my turtling subsided a little once I started doing pelvic floor work.

I'd try low dose nightly cialis and see if that helps.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I have ordered a Stealth Innerwear, so I'll see how that helps.

I did see a pelvic floor specialist last year.  She thought everything was good in that respect, but no harm in trying some exercises.

Now and again I have the odd good day, but it's difficult to say why.  Hoping they become more frequent.
