Pentox and COVID-19

I've read that anti-inflammatories like Ibuprofen make the virus easier to thrive. As Pentox is normally not labeled as an anti-inflammatory, is the dosage the same if I were to take let's say 800mg of Pentox in a day as opposed to 1 Ibuprofen? Do the mechanics of these two drugs work the same way?
