Traction Before Sex?

Is it generally bad practice to use traction before sex to help elongate the plaque?  At face value it seems like a good idea, but I wonder if it would increase the risk of corporal rupture?

Haven't heard of doing traction to prepare for sex, although VED is done before sex by some to achieve an erection (w cockring to maintain).
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

Dont know about any risk regarding the structure, however, it should improve the blood circulation / cell regeneration
Peyronie Symptoms since 2016

45 degree bend to the left, corrected, but upward curve of 40 developed whilst under traction.
