Brothers, good to be able to talk about peyronies at last. I am in Scotland using penimaster and vacuum with mixed results but I guess it is early days, just four months, so will keep at it.
Happy to chat with anyone, especially anyone who has had good results or uses manual stretching as I have tried that but think I made things worse.
Ciaran, in my 50s using ved and penimaster for just over three months,  mixed results.

VED and traction help some, but can make you worse if you overdo it. I don't react well to either of those as I very easily reinjure myself so I decided not to do it anymore, but others have had great results with both traction and VED.

Vacuum and traction are a great approach, keep it up.  Maybe consider adding low dose nightly pde5i and/or pentox.  Be sure to take objective measurements as in survival guide to closely monitor progress.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057  Welcome, and keep us posted.
