Transdermals and foreskins

Hi.

I've started applying topical magnesium oil and am about to try some kind of DMSO + combination (maybe asorbic acid).

I'm uncircumcised and I was just wondering, if I apply transdermals without my foreskin retracted, will the transdermals just be absorbed by my foreskin and not penetrate into my penis and into the plaque?

So, should I retract my foreskin when applying transdermals?

Is is safe to have a DMSO solution in direct contact with my glans/ retracted foreskin?

This is an issue for me because most of my plaque formation is just behind my glans, and therefore is covered by my foreskin when not retracted.

Seems like not retracting the foreskin would leave less skin for the DMSO to travel.

Great question. The only catch is that the skin behind the foreskin is very sensitive, so without any strong emulsifier (like Aloe Vera), I wouldn't do that.
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

Thanks, y'all.

I am concerned that the tissue under the foreskin is more sensitive.

I am also concerned that, if I retract my foreskin in order to apply X (magnesium oil, DMSO +, whatever)... if I subsequently un-retract my foreskin it will move X up onto my glans and away from the plaque-ridden area. I guess with DMSO I'd only be applying it for 15 minutes anyway, and then washing it off. I guess I'd just have to keep my foreskin retracted during this time?
