Glans filling out A-cylinder, creating new seal

Hi.
I'm just 5 days into VED. I have a leftward/dorsal bend and some hourglassing behind my glans.

I've noticed that, towards the end of my sessions, when my penis is fuller and head of my penis is totally full of blood, the head completely fills out the A cylinder, but the area of my penis just behind the glans where my hourglassing is, isn't really filling out.
I can feel a lot of pressure from the VED in my glans but not so much in the part of my penis effected by the hourglassing.

>I'm wondering if my engorged glans is making a new vacuum seal against the inside of the cylinder (it must be, right?) and the vacuum is just pulling on the head of my penis, and not stretching the hourglass area.

I get that blood is being pulled through my whole penis, but I need expansive pressure towards the sides of the cylindar to be happening in the hourglass are if the VED's going to be helpful with my hourglassing/indentations, right?

Anyway, I'm wondering if I should switch the the B or C cylinders in order to prevent my engorged glans from creating a second seal.
But I know the protocol posted here suggests using the A cylinder for the first two weeks (I'm not really sure why that is...or why the protocol suggests that you rotate cylinders at all, but that might not be a related question).

Hi Mac - This sounds very similar to myself.

When using the A Cylinder after around 6 cycles I find my glans have filled the A Cylinder. Did you eventually just move to the B cylinder? I'm just not sure what to do myself!

Cheers
