Hello

I had surgery 2 months ago for a congenital (downward) curvature and lost my foreskin and about 1.5 centimetres.
I would now like my length and foreskin back. Is it possible to do a routine to get both back without traumatising my penis too much? Or should I avoid it?

Plus I still have a residual downward curvature. When stretching, I should definitely not pull down on the neck?

Thank you

- 01/2020: Nesbit surgery for a 50 degrees downward curvature with Dr.Faix (FR) : bad result

- 12/2022 : Surgery correction with Dr.Gelman US

- Now : Indentation on the left dorsal side with a rotation to the left that appeared, try Restorex

Some do traction after plication surgery to regain length.  It's new to me but I read about it recently.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

Just do penile skin stretching to restore the foreskin. Just pull the existing foreskin forward over the glans and tape it shut. Retract for urination and reposition it afterward. It's and effective and produces a natural result.  I've don't it and it works wonders if you stick with it. Plus, it puts traction on the penile shaft which is go for regaining some, but not all, length lost to Peyroines and straightening it out.

Let me come back to this subject

My scar tissue on my circumcision scar is still very large, I have done a lot of treatment but nothing has worked.
So I still can't restore my foreskin, because pulling scar tissue is not necessarily a good idea, right?

I would also like to point out that I have to undergo a second surgery to correct my residual curvature, so I am afraid of losing additional skin and I even wonder if a new surgery will improve or worsen this scar tissue already present

Any advice is welcome

Thanks

Thank you postrocker, I still have a residual curvature that makes reporting even more complicated.

I'm really worried about my scar, I don't know what to expect if I have a second surgery, I couldn't find any information about it on the forum unfortunately :/
