I'm 17, think I have Petronius but have not been to a doctor, my penis is basically curved continually like a banana with the head pointing straight up, thing is it's been like this my whole life no sign of plauque And only happens when I am 100% erect, Any advice?

Since you had it your whole life it's a natural cogenital curve and not Peyronies.  As long as it's useable you're in good shape.  Dicks vine in all shapes and sizes.  BTW, during intercourse an upward curve hits your partners errogenous zones more directly.

Also, An upward curve of some degree is actually more common than totally straight.  Unless the degree of curve is extreme you will learn to work magic with it.  Just take care of what you have.
