Hello again.I apologize for the long post. I hope you will read it and answer me. I am trying to clear everything in my head and formulate it correctly so that I can reach my diagnosis.
Consistent accents:
I get an erection up to 100% fast.
An erection does not disappear if I am mentally horny.
Last time I had forgotten the lubricant in the other room , had a erection and get it, went back and had no problem.
The problem comes from this:
Problem 1 - When the penis is pressed - Deep oral or slightly harder penetration (as with sex itself), the erection drops to 40%. Immediately, the noise stopped with the pressure returning to 95% -100%. Immediately.
Problem 2 - Under this pressure, it moves away from the base. Unstable at the base. It rotates counterclockwise by about 7-10min (if I may describe it).
Just then, the erection begins to disappear.
The moment the pressure (or penetration) stops, the erection returns.
Has anyone had similar symptoms and can you tell me what can happen?
Extremely  thanks!!!!!!!!

Find a good andrologist to and have an Erectile Dysfunction work up.

I have found perhaps the best doctor in Europe, but in this situation I will not be able to visit him soon.
I just wanted to find out if anyone had such symptoms and if they could guess what was happening ...... please  :-[

Sounds pretty unusual, any chance the pressure triggers pain which caused you to lose your erection until the pain stops?

No pain .....
I get the feeling that some vein is opening and the blood is draining when it moves from the center.
And when he returns to the right position, he is filled with blood again.
But that may not be true. I just have no idea what that might be.....

Hey bud, here is what I think, maybe right or not.
I am thinking back a few years and I can relate to what you are saying.
I had no problem getting an erection, I could get rock hard easy, but after a little foreplay, my penis would start to go limp. So I might try something different like rubbing my penis against my wife's butt, and I might get rock hard again. I might even be able to penetrate, but after a bit of penetrating, I would start to go limp again.
So I could get an erection, I just couldn't maintain it.
I tried viagra which helped some, I tried cock rings, and eventually I had to start injecting my penis to maintain an erection.
But it often didn't work for long.
Again I would get an erection to start, but shortly after, it would get soft.
It was depressing. I would think I want to have sex, but I would become occupied with, Will I be able to keep my hard on. It was changing my life, in that I couldn't just have sex. It was becoming a real effort.
I think they called it venous leak.
At any rate, it got so bad, and I developed Peyronie's disease, because when we were having sex and I was loosing my erection, my penis bent and then I had more problems.
Last year I finally took the plunge and got an implant and now no more worries.
Now I still get excited, my penis head still fills and then I pump it up and I have a hard on that will last for however long I want it to.
So I would get tested for venous leak, but also how long will it stay erect? My urologist said when he injected me, that I got super hard, but after about 5 minutes it lost about 60 percent.
Hope this helps, feel free to private message me.

Thanks for the reply. The weird thing is, I was on a Doppler test that didn't show this diagnosis .....

Yes, I understand, but if you feel the hardness, etc., I think you need another urologist.
Don't miss my points about going through 4+ urologists, and the Nesbit surgery that I shouldn't have had.
Don't take this urologist as knowing all.
Obviously something is not right!
Don't give up.

That is why I intend to test again.
This urologist is one of the best in Europe for sexual problems.
Is this the only reason why you cannot maintain an erection?

I've visited over 10+ urologists and everyone says the same thing - no problem.
I mean urologists sexual health only. I didn't go to a normal urologist ....

I am sorry, but now I am confused.
I reread your logs.
When you talk about problem #1. What did you mean, the noise stopped?
When you talk about problem #2. Are you saying you have an erection, but when you go to push it in, it gets soft
and when you don't push it in, it gets hard again?
And are you saying that at the base of your penis, that's where it is weak?
I am not a doctor, I am just trying to understand.
Also, how old are you?
And do you have a very large penis or normal size. I am trying to think back to a guy in college who had like a 12 or 14" penis. We called him elephant. He was a nice guy, but said he had a hard time maintaining a hard on with sex, as he was always afraid he was hurting the girl.

I apologize for my English.
1.I mean that the erection returns instantly as soon as the pressure or penetration stops.
2. I mean that it moves from the center to the base and I do not feel stability there. It doesn't warp, it just moves from the center to the right.
I'm 41 and have a slightly above average size.

What I think has to do with my ED is this recess . Is there anyone who has an idea what this could be?
Sometimes it's deeper, sometimes it's not. When I cause an erection it is gone.

Hey sten... I don't think it could be related at all. Have you had a look at penile anatomy pictures to see how things work?
