Extend penis after Nesbit

I underwent nesbit surgery for a congenital curvature 2 months ago, my penis went from 16.5 cm to 15 cm and still has a residual curvature.
Is it possible to lengthen my penis and straighten this residual curvature even after a nesbit operation where this is reserved for stage and plication operations?
I have a strong phallosan and I can do manual penis enlargement.

And you have to do the stretching directly after the operation? For example if I wait another 2 months the stretching will be less effective?
