Your Implant Experience

Hi All,

Although it's probably too early for me to make any decisions, it is something I'm thinking about and I'd love to hear from those have implants.  I have some specific questions as it relates to the "user experience."  Below are some things I'm curious about and I really appreciate some feedback.  The more, the better I'd love to get as many responses as possible!

-In a hypothetical situation where you're with a new partner, could you pump stealthily without them knowing during foreplay in bed?  Do you have to excuse yourself to the bathroom if you don't want the pumping to be noticeable?

-How long does it take to get from fully flaccid to fully erect?

-Is the pump easy to notice/feel when a girl is playing with your balls?

-Is there any decrease in sensitivity for touch or orgasm?  Even 1%?

-Does urinating change at all?

-Does it make any sound when you pump or deflate?

-There's usually an immediate sensitivity, followed by a "tiredness" (maybe that's the wrong word) following an orgasm.  How does this change, particularly since you can stay hard immediately after orgasm?  Is it more sensitive?  Less?

Roddy

Hi JackJames.

I can only speak from personal experience when I say that I've not had to pump up with anyone other than my wife. I cannot imagine how I'd be able to pump up with a casual partner without visiting the bathroom. I know some members on here say that they manage to pump up with one hand while performing oral sex with their partner. I've not managed such non obvious pumping yet. What I have been doing recently is when I know my wife and I are getting ready for fun and games, I simply go the the bathroom and pump up in advance and then pull my boxers back up again. This means when I'm ready then the underwear gets pulled down and I'm already rock hard. Like a natural erection, I guess. I'd expect this kind of scenario, if you pumped up prior to having foreplay etc would just make a new partner think you were pretty turned on.

I can pump from flaccid to hard in 30-45 seconds easy.

I would say the pump and tubing differ from person to person. The surgeon would need to make an absolutely impeccable job for a partner not to feel some tubing coming from balls to penis or to feel the pump.

I do not think there has been any change in sensitivity since the implant.

Urinating is no problem at all other than my dick is now a kind of permanent semi because of the Titan so pulling my man out at a urinal is not as pliable as a naturally soft dick.

There is no noise when pumping or deflating with my implant.

When I orgasm, it's as sensitive as a natural erection but just does not go limp like a natural erection does. I normally lie and admire my dick still standing to attention 5 minutes after orgasm.

Hope this helps?

I pretty much agree with Roddy with some differences:

I'm married, but know I can turn my back and pump up secretly in as little as 15 or 20 seconds.
I guess it depends upon how many pumps it takes to reach your level of erection.

If they were not doing oral or touching your sac you could discreetly pump it up. After you finish though you would have to excuse yourself to deflate. Otherwise you are just hard inside her till you deflate. You could always just say you are so turned on by her you just want to keep going.

But. If she touches or gets near your sac.the pump is there.

Ok so married here.
As time has gone by, I went from being shy about my pumping time now, I even pump in front of my spouse. We all are different and we all know what works and what doesn't.
But if I was Not married and playing the field, I think it would be impossible to "hide" it. And to anyone that says they have hidden it, I say "you didn't hide it, the person you were having sex with just didn't say anything.
Rodney is right, no matter who did your surgery, if someone is feeling your balls or where everything comes out of the base of your penis, they will feel it! Why hide it?
Now if you are simply screwing them and they are touching your chest, ass, shoulders, the only thing they will notice is the hardest dick and longest lasting dick they have ever experienced.
I hope this helps

Wow!  I differ greatly in opinion from Stepone.

I am married but I guarantee I could hide the process of pumping up.  I have talked to men personally who have one night stands that had NO clue.  On one of the one-night stands the woman finally happened across the pump in the scrotum and asked "what's that"  She would not have been shy about asking about pumping up had she noticed.  Since I administer this forum I feel I have a responsibility to do what I can to investigate these issues and give as objective feedback as possible.  In short, I will say that I agree most closely with Tomas1.  In other words, everything that Roddy said except I can pump up faster.  With a 15 - 20 second pump-up time that can be done even be done in 5, 3-second intervals or 15, 1-second intervals, it is easily concealed.

First, we have to acknowledge that all men do not gain and lose an erection the same.  Most of my life even with a wife of decades all she had to say was "do you want to play"?  Without any foreplay, I would have a diamond cutter erection before I could drop my pants.  After ejaculation, I would stay hard as long as I was still engaged even if I was still and we actually talked a little.  Other men at every age, (and this sometimes happened to me when I was in my 50's), could be kissing and mild foreplay, get undressed and get into bed with very little erection until the foreplay got serious.  Often they lose their erection within seconds after they have an orgasm even while still inside of a woman.  I have never experienced that.  With this range, it is easy to simulate the definition of natural when pumping up an implant.

For starters, I would never be TOTALLY deflated if I was single and on a date.  I would have what is commonly called a full chub which means still easily laying down in your pants but almost the minimal about to have intercourse.  In this state, you are prepared for an evening of socializing with no sex.  If mild foreplay and kissing occur and a partner reaches down and touches you through your pants you are well within the normal range of firmness and feel.  Many men would be delighted if the could get even that much erect and keep it for hours.  From that point, ANY additional pumps are a plus.  A single pump takes less than a second.  Many women close their eyes during many aspects of sex and foreplay.  Often a room is dimly lit.  Even on a bright sunny day with eyes wide open however these additional pumps can be accomplished while undressing, while performing oral sex, when your partner is getting in position for doggy style, reverse cowgirl, or many other positions.  In fact, even in the missionary position when you put your hand down to guide yourself in you can give a pump or two. You can grab your penis and testicles when receiving oral sex (as if to indicate it is so good you cannot keep your hands off of yourself) and as you are moving your hands easily give a discreet pump.  You can do the sample to guard the side of your scrotum with the pump.

A Titan pump will not be found with a light touch of fingers or tongue on the scrotum but it will be found with a gentle cupping squeeze or putting your entire scrotum or testicle in their mouth.  I was never that much into scrotum play and consider my testicles a little sensitive for another to do much fondling or squeezing.

I know few women who do not make a trip to the bathroom after sex or even men for that matter so there are plenty of opportunities to deflate.  You don't have to totally deflate just lock the valve open and let the penis gradually deflate.  As I said, during most of my life, if I disengaged and walked to the bathroom I did so with a full erection so I would never consider having to explain that since I never did have to explain it.

Every man is a little different after orgasm.  Usually, there is increased sensitivity that is too to enjoy continued intercourse and a total loss of energy and desire.  With me, that only lasts less than a minute.  I can be still and then slowly resume intercourse but that is how I have been all my life long before an implant.

Every other response from Roddy is EXACTLY the way I would have answered those questions.  My tubing from the pump to the penis is totally undetectable except to me with effort.  In fact, it took me a month before I could find it even looking for it.  If a woman found it she would have to be an implant surgeon or someone sizing me up for organ dismemberment.

PS: I consider Dr. Eid to be a brutally honest man.  He told me he had a patient that was married for 7 months that his wife still does not know he has an implant.  She asked him if he takes too much Viagra.  I think that is very possible BUT most women would have stumbled across the pump by now in my opinion.

Thank you all!   This is very helpful.

I'm assuming the reason to need to go to the bathroom to deflate is because those implants don't have the one-touch deflate.

My AMS pump isn't noted as one touch, but when I'm done, I hit the button once and it gets softer.
It doesn't completely deflate, but it's pretty natural. After awhile, it pretty much deflates.
