Hello - New to Forum - Surgery scheduled next week

Thank you to everyone that started, runs, provides feedback on this forum.
Found this while searching for information, very glad I did.

My issue started about a year ago, and then progressively got worse.
Family doctor referred me to a Urologist, who the referred me to Dr. Karpman in Mtn View.
Measured at 60 degrees , and the ultrasound showed ~ 1cm plaque, which has calcified.
After discussing various options, Dr. Karpman recommended Excision / Graft surgery, which is schedule for next week.

PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

Well, due to Covid-19 situation and shelter in place, my original surgery date was cancelled.  
However, Dr Karpman's office called and it is now reschedule for next week - April 28th.
So hopefully things are starting to get better
