Can traction restore girth? I've lost almost 3/4 of an inch in girth in the past 9 months since my injury.

For me neither traction or VED worked, but others have had results. You need to be carefull not to overdo it though as like me there are people who injured themselves even more. But I would say VED is better for girth and traction is better for lenght, but I could be wrong.

Traction has been shown to increase girth, check out the traction studies sticky.

I had an increase in girth of around 15% over an 18 month period (approx 2800 hours), using Penimaster Pro
Peyronie Symptoms since 2016

45 degree bend to the left, corrected, but upward curve of 40 developed whilst under traction.

Soft lump opposite curve

VED, Taladafil, Ubiquinol, DMSO + Iodine + Paba, L Citrulline, Black Seed Oil & MSM

I know studies have shown that traction does increase girth. It hasn't yet for me. Xiaflex and Restorex did help straighten my curve. But, I never seemed to get back my girth. It also seems I lost more along the way. I'm going to give Restorex another shot over the next 12 months to continue to bring back length. Maybe girth will follow? Otherwise,  I'll also look to use VED for that.

Long term, I always wonder if a 3 piece implant would be best. It just seems that it would stabilize further length loss, and would also bring back girth.
49 years old. Diagnosed with Peyronies in September 2018. Prior to Xiaflex and traction: 45 degree curvature. Today after Xiaflex: 31 degree curve. Continuing traction to regain lost length.

How were you using it, as far as breaks, level of tension, and positioning (I.e. up or down)?

Did it restore you to your former girth size?

I was averaging 7.5 hours per day, and always wore it in an upright position, but over to the right (a had a bend to the left), unfortunately, during this, I developed an upward curve! (which eventually led me to stop.....)

Once I started tension in a day, I would do approx 2 hours, then 30 min break, and repeat until I reached my daily target. It helped having a desk job, but towards the end, it was difficult to conceal under clothing.

Tension was a min of approx 600g to a maximum of 900g

I had never checked my girth at all , previously, and although I had lost a little length, I did not believe I had lost any girth due to Peyronies, so for me, it felt it was an actual increase.
