...I'm 57 years old and developed Peyrones about 18 months ago.  I underwent Nesbit Procedure to treat what was then a deviation to the left at the head of my old chap (it developed very quickly!) but a number of months after the Op the deviation was very pronounced in an upward direction (think banana). I was referred back to my Urologist who in all fairness to him had no idea why it had happened so I went through the procedure again (it got me another 2 weeks off work so every cloud has a silver lining I suppose  ;D).  I've more or less just had my review with the Urologist and down the left hand side of my penis it seems to have a dent.  It was the same on the right hand side but this seems to have sorted itself out.  The Urologist advised the left hand side would sort itself out in time too.  I also still have problems maintaining a erection during sex even with Viagra but I've sort of convinced myself this is mostly psychological and the surgeon seems to agree.  I can get unbelievable boners in the morning and during the night which would almost need slamming in a door to get rid of them!!.  Has anyone else had the "dent" issue and erection problems?  (I will search the other topics but still trying to find my way around if I'm honest).

Sorry for the introduction "novel" and nice to know I'm not alone.

Sounds like the rent is Peyronies.  Maybe try VED and lie dude nightly pde5i to remodel the plaque to healthy tissue.

The dents are also known as hourglassing... I had my repaired three weeks ago by Dr Brian Christine in Alabama...There are only two surgeons I know of who do a synthetic grafting technique to repair.  The other is Tom Lue of San Francisco.  Haven't heard of any docs outside US doing this...
But if you contact Brian Christines office he might direct you.

If you want to see the procedure. Go on YouTube

I haven't heard myself of VAC or traction fixing the issue....
Dents/hourglassing is an addition symptom of the disease

Benjamin62, find an individual on these forums by the name of NeoV and check out his YouTube channel on VED and traction for hourglassing.

I would post the link to it but I'm typing on my phone. I have hourglassing with ED, but have noticed some changes with my condition if you care to read the post in my signature.

I still have an hourglass, but I haven't been at either physical therapy for very long.
28. ED with hourglass.

After no nighttime/morning erections for years, the treatments in my post brought back NTE's after 6 weeks.

Not cured by any means. One day at a time.*

Feverpitch. hey man! welcome aboard.

I will let others chime in when it comes to curvature and the rest. What i add is for your to be careful about your erections. If they don't go away after more than 4 hours that is called a priapism and you should rush to the hospital to seek medical treatment. Have you tried daily Cialis? It may not be just in your head and it's different from Viagra on demand.

The difference between erections points to the tissue being OK. Make sure your pelvic floor is relaxed. Often it is in the morning and night but when you force things you get tense which works against having an erection.

The dent could be faulty tissue or also related to tension on one side. Hard to say. Observe if the state changes.

Yes I've watched all of NeoMans videos.  He is absolutely the best!
VAC may work for hourglassing... traction... I'd say the jury is split.

Either method will take time and dedication... meaning every day constantly for months/years.

To that end... each person obviously needs to make choices...
