Can't get a prescription for pentox.
The last urologist I visited said that the literature on pentox is "junk".
The guy before that said he used to prescrube it but it didn't do anything.

All the docs I've vosited have said that I have a mild case and shouldnt do anything but its been pretty emotionally debilitating for me.

Has anyonre else had trouble getting on pentox? It seems like none of the urologist I visit buy into it.
Anything I should do or say to increase my chances of getting a prescription?

I did get it perscribed, but only because I wanted it so bad. But in all honesty, all doctors told me it would be useless and so far they're right. Took it for years and I even keep taking it just because it "could" do something in theory, but it really made no difference at all. However, some others here have stated it helped them so I'm not sure.

I've heard if you can't access pentox to try ubiqunol coQ10 for similar effect.

I took Pentox for 8 months and it was pretty much trash. Good way to get the same effects of Pentox is to go into metabolic ketosis. You can cycle in and out of it. Another way you can't mimic Pentox is drinking coffee. But honestly, the Pentox is weak. Diet, managed stress loads (using your penis not too little or too much + physical therapies) , sleep, and stress managements are the best weapons against penile scar tissue
Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.

Mac, as I recall 200-400mg/day.  Ubiquinol has better absorption.  Here's an article w some recommended dosages: Recent Advances in Pharmacotherapy for Peyronie's Disease Luan Y, Liu J - J Integr Nephrol Androl
Does the survival guide have any recommended dosages?

That was my impression of Pentox, that it was totally worthless and did nothing. I took it the first year hoping for an improvement, maybe even a little longer, but saw none and quit. But, having had Peyroines since late 2014, I can say that the condition did not progress, and actually improved somewhat on its own (not that it resolved spontaneously). Where I couldn't be treated with Xiaflex back in 2016, based on an exam by Dr Lue, I now can, after being re-examined by him this year.  Back then I had an hourglass deformity, which has now resolved on its own. So, now I'm starting to wonder if the Pentox maybe actually did help slow the progression without me knowing or seeing it right away, and maybe even slightly improve it. But, I thankfully never had ED with Peyroines. Perhaps Pentox has some very slow and hard to notice benefits the first year of taking it. It's hard to say. So, my opinion of it has changed slightly from thinking of it as nothing but snake oil, to maybe something with a small benefit not easily recognized.

What do you mean by sleep and stress managements?

Mac. You must get proper sleep 6-9 hours as well as manage your stress emotions. Too much stress causes your immune system to malfunction. If can put you in an endless inflammation loop. You can manage stress by learning emotional intelligence, meditation, facing your demons, and not allowing fear to run your mind.
