MOST technique. Really nobody with experience?

I'm getting worse over time. Might soon be time for an implant, but honestly I lost so much size I dunno if I can ever be happy with what I have now even if I get an implant. I have three questions for all of you:

1. Does the implant really stop any progression of peyronies/scar tissue FOR GOOD? People say all the time the implant is great and will stop progression, but isn't it possible that the area will still develop more fibrosis over time? For whatever reason I never really managed to complete get out of active phase and into chronic phase. Right now I'm working on pelvic floor tension to try and eliminate that factor from causing any pain or worsening. My urologist thinks my issues are cause by pelvic floor issues, but I honestly can't see how you develop drastic decrease in size and change in shape JUST from pelvic floor tension. I wanna believe him, but I'm pretty sure I'll still have problems once I get rid of pelvic floor problems, but then again theraphy for this is cheap, easy and without side effects.

2. Really nobody any experience with the MOST technique? It seems members here don't believe in the procedure, but I know nobody on here or on any other forum that did the procedure. Even dr Elists messed up silicone implant had feedback. Sure, it was negative feedback and complaints by almost everybody who had it done, but still... it was feedback and convinced me to stay away from that crap. But with the MOST technique I can literally don't even find anybody that had it done. That can mean a couple things: Nobody tried it, everybody was so happy with the result they didn't feel the need to share it, or everybody was dissatisfied with the result but for some reason decides not to talk about it. So basically I have NO IDEA how effective this procedure is. Some of you say it's not safe because any procedure that gives size gains is basically frown upon, but I haven't found one person yet that actually had it done. I'd hate to be the first, but I'd also hate to wait and see till there's nothing left to safe anymore.

3. Does a regular implant (not MOST) fill out any hourglassing or dents? My whole glans area has changed into what looks like a bottleneck and I'm actually afraid the tubes might rip trough the skin or whatever. I don't know how to explain it really, but if I was a surgeon I think I'd actually have a hard time fitting tubes from base to glans  trough my penis because of the girth loss.

At this point I'd be happy having somewhat of a functional penis again and not get worse. In a perfect world I'd also regain my original size, but that seems to be too good to be true. Who knows? Maybe someone will share his experience regarding MOST, but until then I won't be the first to try. Sorry for the long text, but I wanted to go into detail. Thanks for your responses y'all!

If you've lost significant size I'd start traction to regain as much as you can before implant or any surgery.  If there was an effective surgery to increase penis size it would be quite popular and good surgeons would be doing it.  There are slimmer implants that can be utilized if needed.  As long as you go up a great surgeon they will do everything they can do to maximize size.  I've never heard of Peyronies returning after an implant.

I see now. I guess the most technique really is too good to be true. But like I said, I'm at a point in life where I'd be happy to get somewhat of a sexlife back and now that I'm 25 I feel less vain and size obsessed than I was a couple years ago. I think I'm mentally able to accept the size I lost and be happy with having a functional erection again. Still a though decision, but waiting around for better options isn't helping my depression and feelings of isolation. Even bad sex is better than no sex at all. But before I take this big step I'll be fixing my pelvic floor issues, try very gentle VED and traction and then go from there. Crossing my fingers.
