Waiting stem cells therapy for my extreme diffuse fibrosis, I'm interressed to try shockwaves therapy.
But I'm affraid by side effects. A guy in this forum said he have more fibrosis after shockwaves.
So, I want to be sure to do the good choice to avoid side effects (including penile fibrosis).

A friend talk to me about this clinic in San Diego: Shock Wave Therapy | San Diego Sexual Medicine

What do you think about this clinic, their shockwave machine?

No evidence shockwave is helpful for Peyronies...maybe for ED.

What does that mean? Do you have curvature and loss of size/girth? Dents? That, in my limited knowledge, is peyronie's. Right? Doesn't matter how you get there.
45 y.o. Single. Onset of symptoms (pain-stinging like a wasp) @ 6/2018. No sudden injury. Curve developed slowly. 40 deg. dorsal. Hourglassing. Torsion to left flaccid. 4 rounds xiaflex. Restorex, DMSO+, heat, arginine, cialis, lipoic acid, vit. K2

Me = Penile fibrosis whitout peyronie. All the penis is affected, not just one area. Anywhere. No curvature. And I have a terrible loss size.
Peyronie disease = Localized fibrosis, curvature. Can degenerate in diffuse fibrosis with the time.

I went to a recent appointment with Dr. Lue at UCSF and he referred me back to Kaiser for Xiaflex injections. I suppose my case improved with time on its own, because I had an hourglass deformity and shrinkage 4 years when I last say him, he said he couldn't use Xiaflex at the time and said he could offer an alloderm surgery. In hindsight I'm glad I didn't go for the surgery since I don't want any scar tissue laid down on my penis.  Now the hourglass deformity disappeared on its own, and I might have gained a little length back too. But, based on the most recent ultrasound, I can use Xiaflex. I didn't ask ask about shockwave therapy, but Tony said shockwave therapy was no good for Peyroines, only ED. And I don't have ED. I'll ask about shockwave therapy when I go in on the 16th to Kaiser, but I doubt it will do much.

Thank you for your reply jan.schaller!
Can you ask to him if stem cells therapy can help a person like me (with extreme diffuse fibrosis). I have no peyronie. No curvature.
I have too fibrosis for penile prothesis, I need other options (stem cells?, shockwaves therapy?).
