Hi guys,

I've come across these two topical applications and I've not seen one of them mentioned on this site at all, the second one I see does come up in the site search function but surprisingly I've not heard of it till now.

Are you aware of either of these? Has anyone here used them before? What are your thoughts about them?

Here's what I found out:

Potential Topical Treatment One

Name: "Scar Control" by Forces of Nature

https://forcesofnaturemedicine.com/products/scar-control

Many years ago whilst doing a lot of computer work and being overweight with not the best diet I suffered from a minor hemorrhoid or anal swelling. I found a product to address this from this company. They specialize in non-pharmaceutical medicines using botanical agents and natural oils and such.

I was extremely skeptical but I read the reviews and gave them a shot. The results were insanely good. Cleared my hemorrhoid problem up very quickly. Kind of sounds too good to be true, but I assure you I have nothing to do with these guys. I'm in the UK, I think they're based in the States somewhere.

So I can't remember how, but I stumbled upon their site again recently and noticed they now have a product that is meant to reduce scar tissue. I read the blurb of the product and felt like this could be relevant to a Peyronies Disease sufferer.

I contacted them and asked whether they thought it could be used to improve Peyronies Disease, and they wrote back saying they don't think so (this really felt like a "we have to say this for legal reasons" kind of response), but if I wanted to try, they had then included some brief instructions on how I should administer it. (If anyone would like a copy of this, please ask, and I'll try and locate that).

So what do you think? If you're non-calcified, it could be an option?

Could be worth someone else more experienced/knowledgeable than myself contacting them with better questions.

Potential Topical Treatment Two

I was browsing Peyronies Disease related stuff and read in one medical study about H-100 Gel. I did a search of the site and came up with nothing conclusive sop I thought I'd mention it here. It seems to be a difficult item to buy here in the UK.

I read about this gel being reasonably effective here:-

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6376494/

I read about this gel's effectiveness again in this newspaper article:-

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-3662622/ASK-DOCTOR-embarrassing-male-problem-cured-emu-oil.html

I was wondering if anyone has any info they can share about either of these ideas?

Would really appreciate any experience with either or any views or opinions.

Cheers.

marigold / calendula make a lot of sense, I must have mentioned them several times on this forum... shame on me for not having tried them yet in all these years.

silica apparently also makes sense... i remember reading a paper saying that beer was good because it had silica... i wish i had saved that paper, will have to look it up again

i need to investigate the mustard seed...

as per the H-100, it's freaking expensive, i've been using it for a long time and haven't seen any improvement yet, but there's at least one very long thread on this forum on H-100 if you want to see other people's experiences

Fix This

Hi Eric

I think I'm going to try that cream. I'm ib the UK also and have I've found some on ebay for about £14 including postage from the States ( hopefully it's genuine)

Could you send me the instructions that they suggested please?

I would use it with DMSO and 3mhz ultrasound to get it deeper into the skin. Stands to reason that if it treats all of the scars listed on theor wesbite ( I've copied and pasted below )  Then it must do SOMETHING for a Peyronies scar

Keloid scars are caused by injuries or surgery and appear thicker and darker then the surrounding skin due to your body secreting excess collagen to the affected area.

Contractures scars or burn scars will leave the skin tighter and can often go deeper effecting muscle or nerves, these scars are important to address right away as they can affect flexibility and movement.

Hypertrophic scars are due to excessive amounts of collagen creating deep layers leaving a raised appearance. They will form only on the injury areas and can often have nerve and blood vessels.

Atrophic scars or acne scars will be below the surface of the normal skin tissue appearing pitted or sunken. These scars are caused when your skin does not produce enough collagen.

Hi guys,

I'm so sorry for the late response. I have had a lot on my plate, that's putting it mildly. So the last thing I needed was to get bogged down in a Peyronie's rabbit hole.

Fix This:

Did you try the Scar solution from Forces of Nature? If so, how did you get on?

I went to have a look at the instructions, i thought it was in an email, but I have nothing. Then I realised that it came in the format of an answer to a question I asked in their comment section on the page of their product on their site. Now that question I believe has been removed.

This is where I believe I asked the question, perhaps tabbing through the different sizes of product might show different questions? I've not tried that yet.

Pey Ron: So you have some knowledge about these ingredients? I'm not familiar with them at all.

Are you familiar with the Thacker's formula with DMSO as mentioned by Melting and others on this site? I'm thinking of trying that.

TonySa - yeah I contacted the manufacturer in the US, they wont sell or ship to the UK... I really pushed them but they won't budge.

So gutted by that. My dad lives in the US, so potentially i could see an american uro online by skype and have some prescribed by him then have him or my dad mail it me?

Hi Eric

Sorry for the slow reply. Haven't been on here much lately

No I didn't try it. I would still consider , but haven't been using topical ointments in the last month or so as was giving my skin a break as I had blood red spots from VED and mostly traction I think ( but DMSO and other ointments probably weren't helping with that I feel as they were getting into the inflamed areas and inflaming more! )

Did you try it ? I think it's available on ebay in the UK no ?

I've been looking at this and very interestingly, the main ingredient lsied for ' dissolving scar tissue ' is Thiosinaminum* 8C - otherwise known as Mustard Seed

Now it seems this 'homeopathic ' ingredient has nor been mentioned anywhere on the forum apart from this topic.  The claims are that it does indeed dissolve scar tissue and according to the link below ( I've copied and pasted the text here )

Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia lists Thiosinaminum as acting as a solvent for dissolving scar tissue, tumors, strictures, adhesions, cataracts, fibroids.
Thiosinaminum is useful for tinnitus and other noises in the ears, especially when cause may be from fibrous tissue or scar tissue.

https://www.elixirs.com/products.cfm?productcode=S143

From fibrous tissue or scar tissue ?!   Sounds perfect for peyronies doesn't it ?

Mind you. serrapeptase and nattikonase claim to do the same thing , but they didn't dissolve my scar tissue after taking for 18 months ( but may have reduced it slightly )

I'm going to look into this Thiosinaminum anyway and give it a go I think
