MED2005: Topical ED and Peyronies Disease treatment?

Futura Medical's MED 2005 is an exciting new topical ED treatment that shows great promise.

The makers of MED 2005 claim that it is more effective than oral drugs and is used in cases of severe ED.

MED2005 is currently in phase 3 clinical trials and should be available soon.

If the gel works, couldn't this be a solution for Peyronies Disease as well? Just think about it: an effective topical treatment that could include calcium antagonists and requires no injections!

Looks promising and it appears to be quick acting, seems it has already been 4 Years since MED 2002 gel (presume that must have been phase 2) so I would guess this would be 18 Months away, seems to be better than other PDE 5 Inhibitors.

It doesn't treat Peyronies Disease but if this delivery method as effective as it seems, it could pave the way for a new Peyronies Disease treatment.

Topical treatments are the logical solution for Peyronies Disease, all the solutions we have today (injections, traction devices) seem absurd and medieval to me.

Agreed, topical, and therefore (localised) treatment would be desirable, rather than a systematic solution.
