What does peyronies plaque feel like for you?

I've always been confused about this and once I get an answer I think I can breathe easy either knowing I don't have it, and even if I do at least I know. My uro told me it feels like a sharp edged bottle cap under the skin, that seems a little intense. I don't think you'd need to get examined to check if you have scar tissue if it felt like that. Google says "flattened lump" that seems like a paradox. How can you have a lump and have it be flat? Nodules, how big, how hard are they and do you feel them on the surface just under the skin or do you need to press? I do have nodules my uro has aknowledged but he said it's either a vein or small cyst. My uro has stretched me every time to check for plaque but you can feel them better just by feeling them as my penis hangs naturally. Dents, is that hourglassing? Is this only when hard or can it be in flaccid and erect state? And are they there all the time?

I'd like a few people to comment on this thread describing what their plaque feels like. I feel like it would be a good one stop shop for people confused about what a plaque actually feels like, without having to sift through a bunch of threads.

Edit: also when people say inflammation... what does that mean in relation to peyronies. Is a hard flaccid inflammation? Or is it literally red and puffy? Or is it thicker than usual and feel "inflamed".

I just noticed there are a lot of words thrown around here that are described quite differently than someone else using the same term.

Other people can answer your other questions but as for what my plaque(s) feel like here goes...There is one sort of in the mid shaft that feels like a solid rock and it goes right through the shaft itself I would guess through the corpora and I can feel the bottom of it on the ventral side. Like one solid piece right through and it is sort of "T" shaped if you imagine a cross section of your dick. There is another cord like structure running over the top of the whole thing, feels like a string but like with little "beads" in the string. Very thin.

If you have rocks in your dick it is very hard to not notice them. If you have hard plaque you'll know it. If you have soft plaque you'd probably know it too. Feels like a foreign body.

I have "divots" and small nodules I can where the top half of my hourglass is widest. I have a hard "vein" on the dorsal side of my penis that goes right from under the tip all the way to the base. It's not the main vein on top though, it's to the right. Definitely a hard string but it is harder than others. How big is this "rock" I have small hard pebble feeling things on the left side of my penis but i can get under them and have them in my fingers with my for skin raises. It's not attached to me for all I know. But I'm really confused what's causing this new constant bend to the left in my flaccid and seminerection. Woke up today with really hard morning wood and it was straight in the area i notice the bend while flaccid. I'm in a weird phase where I'm not sure if I'm improving or something is getting worse...

The "rock" t-shaped plaque is probably the size of maybe a penny. Goes through my whole shaft top to bottom. Maybe like 3/4 inch wide. I dunno. Maybe smaller than that. Hard to tell.

Does all plaque feel like that? Does it feel "flattened" I'm sorry for all the questions.... I've been on a rollercoaster lately with all of this. For a few days I'll be full and relaxed and will get erections just by touching myself. Then now I'm hard flaccid and when I'm relaxed I'm skinny and hourglassed bending to the left a little more than half way down the shaft. On the side of the bend I feel a little "canyon" crease or something, I think I can feel the same thing on the right but it doesn't bent that way. On the left there is a small little edge or tiny bump. All together I have 3 tiny nodules, one bottom left, a harder one just a little inside the glands but when erect can feel it just below the tip. And the last one is above the curved and dented side. Can the bend occur below where the scar is or does it bend exactly where the scar is.

I'm sorry, am I doing something wrong with the way I'm describing things or conducting myself on the forum? Am I doing anything wrong at all? It seems like I can't get any responses lately. I'm in a bad place, scared, have no one to go to except this forum for answers. And still nothing. I know sometimes that's the way it goes... but I'm really tired of being alone. I want to be taken seriously, get some answers. I feel like I have all the questions I know I need to ask but I never get answers, even from doctors.

I will reply although it probably wont help since I'm not sure exactly what supposed feel or look like. I think part  of the problem is everyone case is different. Some have a  soft scar some hard some large some tiny some deep some more closer to outer  layers all different shapes . I dont like word plaque. I wish just call scar tissue.  Also I haven't found good urologist yet and gotten a ultrasound. So I dont even know what's going on I'm my personal situation because from what people describe mine sounds similar but  at same time not same and looks different like I have scar very easily seen right under my skin almost like its  on a different layer then everyone else that has peyronies.And it's very easy to see scar but also seems like that's not what causing bend so I dont know if I just have scarring on multiple layers . But also have spots where think haVe "plaques" in penis and when I feel penis erect  under my glans it feels like a squishy bubble under skin compared to next to it where just hard. I assume that's a plaque.  Sorry I'm not much help I haven't  seen a "good"peyronies doctor yet hopefully soon I am going see dr eid in NYC unfortunately all out of pocket expenses. and also i haven't gotten alot feedback on this site  when posting. Best bet see a recommended urologist from others on this site . In mean time what has seemed help me in past is  try be healthy exercise alot  cut out  most sugar/carbs and try keep yourself busy so dont obsess.
